Was in the market for an AP Royal Oak for last 6 months. Due to popularity it was tough ever seeing one at retail let alone getting to negotiate. I stumbled on TruFacet on line and found the watch. At first I was leery about making such a significant purchase without touching the merchandise first. I sent an email inquiring about the watch and possible discount. Jacob responding to my request immediately and gave me a discount on top of the already very competitive price. I made the purchase with no intention of getting in time for Christmas as it was two weeks out. After the sale I called their offices to inform the purchase had been made and get my expectations set for shipping. Had a very professional conversation and was told they could not guarantee before Christmas but would reach out to the vendor. My brand new AP arrived on December 23 and I was totally stoked! This company is so easy to do business with it is scary. If you are looking for high quality and the most competitive prices then this is your retailer. Mic drop... Best, James.

Their customer service team is top notch. I have first hand experience working with CS representatives from True Facet and I can say that they are some of the best I have ever dealt with. Very cordial and professional--helped answer my questions and facilitate my purchase.

So I was searching for a very specific Rolex everywhere you could imagine. Prices were pretty comparable throughout bc of it’s limited availability but I chose TrueFacet for a number of reasons. First and foremost I was able to get someone on the phone and their team was extremely responsive whenever I needed something. Extremely. They literally did everything they could do to accommodate me. Locating the watch, paperwork, etc. As consumers we can buy anything anywhere nowadays but to be able to communicate with someone is key for me. I thank them for that and love love my watch.

My girlfriend lost her favorite pair of diamond earrings which was the perfect excuse to get her new ones for her birthday. I know absolutely nothing about jewelry but I had a price range and I knew I didn't want anything too over the top. Thankfully Ali at Truefacet helped to walk me through the process and gave me several options that were all pretty perfect actually. I eventually picked a pair that at first I thought might have been too small based on the pictures but they arrived in the mail shortly after my purchase and looked even better than I could have imagined. The size was perfect and I felt like a champ about my decision. Even more so once my girlfriend saw them and absolutely loved them. She hasn't taken them off since. Thanks to Ali and the TrueFacet team I couldn't be happier with my purchase and definitely will shop here again!

The company which ruined Christmas!! We placed an order for a watch beck in November. We received multiple emails assuring us that the watch was en route and we would be told a tracking number as soon as it was available. It turned out this was a lie as two weeks after Xmas we received an email noting the watch was now out of stock and we could have a refund. All well and good if my gift hadn't already been promised to someone... Funny how awaiting a tracking order turns into a sudden lack of stock Completely unacceptable!

STAY AWAY! Ordered a new love bracelet December 1 for a Christmas gift. Never received the 3 to 4 day true facet evaluation. Never received a confirmation that I purchased the item. That day they did charge when credit card when they never had the item in house. Kept on calling excuses as to when it will arrive. Finally an email overnight will arrive the 24 th. Never came! Came in 12/26 without the certificate of authenticity from Cartier or TF.now I call for that they say it ships separately takes a week. I call a week later the excuse is “ we were in such a rush to get it to you we did not record the serial number so can’t give you the authenticity certificate! They use your money firs month, don’t fulfill their promised! I would never deal with them again. Plus the savings was not much!!! They can’t be trusted. Also , the conceiges come and go! Stay away!!!!far away!

I ordered a Rolex from these guys and it was awesome. I actually called up to see if i would be receiving my watch by new years eve and they told me to hang in there. The next thing i know, i got an email saying it was being shipped overnight to make sure i got in time for my new years eve party. Awesome Job and an awesome website. This is my second Rolex i've bought from them and will not go anywhere else.

Terrible experience at first. Received the wrong watch and had a terrible experience with customer service trying to a) figure out how to ship it back, and b) figure out if they actually had the watch I ordered. Turns out they never even had the correct watch. Eventually they found the correct watch and offered it to me for free, but I had already ordered it from another seller. So they offered for me to find another watch of similar value that I liked and they ultimately ended up sending that to me for free.
