I am thrilled to write a review of True Facet. I ordered a bracelet that I had never seen in person, but really wanted. It was finally sent to me, but UPS and I were not connecting. I called True Facet to see how I could ever get my bracelet. I spoke with Alison. She called the dispatcher at UPS, who in turn called me. It was after hours, but UPS gave me their address and at 7:30 pm on a Friday night, I picked up my bracelet. Companies are only as good as their employees! Alison went out of her way to connect me with my purchase. My bracelet is GORGEOUS, and I may never take it off. I applaud Alison for making my dream come true!
