BEWARE. My husband bought me a Cartier bracelet on TrueFacet for Christmas. He ended up getting me something else, though, and began the return process of the bracelet with TrueFacet. They sent him a return label to ship the package. He packed up the bracelet, and shipped it off with their prepaid label. He received an email saying the Cartier box arrived empty. He absolutely shipped the bracelet in the Cartier box, so asked for video or photographic footage of the returns department to see if it we could tell if it was someone internal who stole it, or someone with UPS who stole it. They have refused to provide any footage. They also have not refunded us. Now, they are not returning any of our emails.

A few months ago, I found a silver Tiffany & Co bracelet on the street. Since I had no use for it and I couldn't return it, I decided to use TrueFacet to consign it. I wasn't sure what to expect but their awesome staff let me know a few weeks later that it sold and they got me a really nice payout. Honestly, I had never found jewelry before this day but after this experience I'll be on the lookout for shiny stuff like a magpie!

While the customer service tends to respond quickly, the overall MO is poor. I made the mistake of not reading the fine print and assuming that since the watch I was buying at the "going rate" would include original packing and papers. This is not the case. The watch showed up in a massive box seemingly well packed in bubble wrap. Upon opening the box, I found the the watch was in an correctly branded box, but not the right box for the watch and it was actually not in secured to the pillow at all just flopping around the inside of the big box. There is no way it had been secured to the pillow as the strap was not buckled. Upon removing the plastic wrap typically put on a new watch, I noticed multiple dings on the lugs... possibly from the poor packing or possibly because the watch isn't new and unworn as described. None the less, in the future my money would be better spent at Joma or Ashford.com The only reason they get 2 stars is the timeliness of the resposes of their customer service.

Nice watch to begin with. No idea that the watch is in very good condition and the customer service is superb. Will buy again given the opportunity and budget. No regrets at all.
