Give these new owners a chance!
With the initial owners, I never got my order and they continued to push out the release date. When I received an email that there were new owners and everything was in stock, I was excited! So I reordered and am happy with my purchase so far.

Give them a chance!
Received the wrong base. When I reached out to customer I received a response very quickly. They immediately shipped out the replacement base. Probably the best customer service I’ve had from any company. I know there are a lot of upset people from the prior owners but they are working hard to overcome those challenges.

This is a very well made bowl
This is a very well made bowl, and I've been using a set for over a year. I wanted another bowl for a new puppy rescue, however the company went bankrupt. I was thrilled when I got a text about the new business owners, and I immediately ordered a feeder bowl. The only negative thing, is that I didn't get an order confirmation until a few days later, so I was concerned I had made a mistake. I finally did get the confirmation, and had my new bowl in under a week. Best bowls ever, would order them again.

Second Chances
I ordered the entire set last year and was beyond disappointed to never receive anything. When the new owners emailed to give them a second chance I was hesitant but since these really are the best looking dog bowls out there I ordered again. My set was delivered in less than a week. The stand did not fit on the mat but I contacted Trot through chat on their website and they sent a new stand right away that is a perfect fit. I’m so glad I gave them another chance and I really hope the new owners are successful, I absolutely love this product.

Great design and quality,
Great design and quality, I originally order the (2) complete set last year but had to cancelled because of shipping delays. I was glad to heard that the company was back on business and that they had a better business models so I did not hesitate to place and order again. The order was shipped and received with 10 days and so far I love the design and quality of the materials.

New owners are excellent!
The new owners of Trot Pets really have their game together. Not only did product arrive within a week of purchase, they responded immediately to a design flaw and sent me a replacement. Great product!! Impressed all the way around.
