Super cute, well made!

I have been searching for the perfect set up and the search is over. I have gone through a variety of bowls, mats, and stands. Dogs knock food bowls off stands, push bowls off of feeding mats, had slow feeder bowls that were hard to keep clean, etc., leading to messy eating areas with a lot of items to clean. This system is perfect - stainless steel is great for feeding raw and is easy to clean, the bowls stay in place, and any spillage goes on the tray which can easily be carried to the sink and cleaned. I have two sets - a large and small for our two dogs. They are the perfect heights. Received the product quickly and assembly was a breeze. Product exceeded expectations - can’t provide a higher recommendation.

I really love the product and slow feeder bowls have been a big help. Issues: I didn’t receive a confirmation about my order. My sets arrived separately in very different packaging. One had instructions one didn’t. I didn’t receive communication about the separate shipping. One mat arrived damaged and customer service was very responsive about resolving that.

Great product! Delivery was fast, and my dog seems to enjoy eating from the higher elevation. Very pleased.

I ordered the cobalt blue bowls, mat, and 6 inch stand. The products are of great quality and I love that I can lift the entire mat and carry it over to my kitchen to refill the bowls. The magnets are just strong enough to prevent the bowls from slipping, yet it is still easy to remove them from the mat. Better yet, my messy puppy who used to leave kibble all over the floor, hasn’t left a mess since his new dog dishes came. Shipping was very fast; I ordered these on a Saturday night and they were delivered four days later! I would definitely order from Trotpets again!

Bought 3 sets. The slow feeders definitely help my dogs eat slower. I did have an issue with the bowls but the company was quick to help and resolve my concerns. Very happy with my purchases.

Great product & customer service!

The good: Quality elevated bowl sets. The Bad: Customer service. I was told they are short staffed. I ordered two bowl sets and only one set shipped and then I couldn't get a response from customer service chat, email, or IG on what was happening with the second set. Customer service chat said they would need to ask the warehouse and get back to me. They never got back to me. I had to be the one to keep asking. The IG person doesn't handle "logistics" so that person said they would get back to me. At some point I was finally told that both of my sets had shipped on the same day. That's not what the email shipment notification said, though. At that point I didn't even believe anything I was being told because it sounded like no one at Trot communicates well or knows what they are doing. There is no follow up if they tell you they will. I read online they are under new ownership, but they need to step up their customer service game and send correct information to the customer who is paying $250+ for dog bowl sets. Good luck everyone!
