I ordered a mat with bowls and elevated stand. I chose the puzzle bowl because one of my dogs eats too fast, and the plastic versions had not held up. The items looked beautiful, very aesthetically pleasing and seem to be working well for my dog. I was thinking about getting a set for my other dog as well. I noticed that I inadvertently ordered the items separately rather than in a package and paid a little bit more due to that. I reached out to customer service to see if they could offer a price adjustment and also mentioned that the stand was a bit wobbly. They immediately offered to mail a new stand and also provided a price adjustment of the difference between what I paid and the package price. This secured my decision to purchase more items from this store due to the exceptional customer service.

I will say that this is a nice product overall, but there a few things that could make it better. First, the wooden stand we got in shipment appeared to be very cheaply made and was chipping and flaking off in a few spots. Once put together it was wobbly and slightly off level. Second, it's advertised as slide-proof and non-tip bowls which I assume is due to the magnets, but those magnets need to be stronger. The slow feeder blow slides around and nearly tips over off the stand during feeding time. I just hope that for the price paid for the complete set TrotPets honors the life time warranty. That being said, is it the last pet bowl you'll ever buy? Maybe, but that all depends how well the stainless steel bowls hold up.

Beautiful and sturdy dog bowl set. My dog is a very sloppy water drinker so having the mat that covers the base is so helpful. Highly recommend.

Ordering was easy, the product was delivered in a timely fashion and was easy to put together and looks fantastic! I love it and so does my pup!

High quality materials all around. Slow feeder bowl definitely prevents our little guy from scarfing his food down too fast. Under mat is thick and sturdy. Magnets do a nice job of keeping the bowls in place while he roots around for his meal. Happy with my purchase.

My dog knocks the stand over. It’s not sturdy. I was offered no solution. Too expensive. The reply I get from the company is to contact them directly. I have at least three times. Lost cause and big waste of money.
