This is a total scam, none of the phone numbers are valid. In my call log I see they routed through Kuala Lumpur, Indonesia and the Philippines, although they are New Zealand hard lines and mobile numbers. In emails there is no option to click on the highlighted e-ticket number or booking ref, although it says the booking is confirmed. The bank's fraud team has advised to dispute. 15/9/23 - My money has now been returned via a bank dispute process. Do not book with this site, it is a total scam.

On the 6th of February, 2023, I bought an Air New Zealand layover ticket from Incheon, Korea to Auckland, New Zealand to Dunedin, New Zealand. On the Tripomate website, the overseas payment of NZD 1,643.53 was paid by my mum’s Credit Card on the same day at 14:27 KST. As soon as payment was made, I got an email from Tripomate stating that they will send me my e-ticket within 24 hours with their homepage details, my booking number for logging into their website which obviously did not work. In that email, there were their contact details including their telephone numbers over countries of NZ, Australia, USA and Canada. After the payment was done, Tripomate has not sent the email since, and even though I called them over a hundred times they didn't pick up the phone, it was not an existing number, or it was a number of an Australian bank. When I checked with Air New Zealand on the day of my departure, my name was not on the list of reservations. Tripomate only got paid by customers and did not book the actual ticket for them. On an app review website, I found out there were too many people who couldn't get on their flights because they bought fake tickets from Tripomate, they were scammed by Tripomate. Since I only found out my ticket was never booked by Tripomate and my seat wasn't reserved for me just on the day of my departure, I had to buy the last remaining ticket on the ship at the time when it can be the most costly to get on my schedule and I could just make it happen only by a little luck that was allowed for me. For me as a student, NZD 1,643.53 is too big number of money. I really want to get refunded. I will fight until the end to prevent the same thing happening to other people again by this fraudulent group, Tripomate.  On the receipt from Tripomate, cost of the ticket was stated as NZD 1,620.84, but from Shinhan Credit card actually, NZD 1643.53 was paid. The date and time of payment are the same. SCAMMERS!!!!! Booked flights through sky scanner and immediatly they asked for more money to pay for bagge that was supposed to be included. We then went on there website only to find fake address and phone numbers. I have since learnt skyscanner does no due diligence what so ever in recommending flight agents. I hope someone will read this and not make the same mistakes. Very expensive lesson

TripoMate is one platform that I’ve been consistently using to send my team members for their on-site web development projects. While I get the amount reimbursed, there’s never been a hiccup in booking for either their flights or stays, or even both for that matter. Earlier, this process used to take up a lot of time, hopping from one portal to another, but now it’s all sorted out for the best, with the best.

Was super easy to book flights but unfortunately not delivered the goods. Waiting on refund, can someone please respond to my emails as the 24H refund hasn’t took place yet.

AVOID!!! Much like others, I was directed to them by Skyscanner and for the first time felt let down my Skyscanner. You will not get a booking confirmation email until within 24 hours of your flight and then be asked to provide information you already have and then be charged more. End story - I never got my flight and booked with another agency immediately realising I had been scammed. I am still in work with ANZ to have VISA refund me $1700.00 NZD and this is 3 months on.

I bought a ticket without getting my e-ticket for over a week now. Emailed to them, no reply. phone doesn't work. I feel like my money was stolen. I will report to the police. Cant understand why they are still in business. BTW since I live in NZ, I have contacted local police and reported to the business registration office. Just search tripomate in your country's business register you can locate the business entity. For example, they registered as LOTUS LABS LIMITED (6240787) in New Zealand. After getting all relevant info, I suggest you all report to Police and put them out of business, stop ripping people off. Latest update: You won't believe it. Things are getting quite interesting. So, I have reported to the police because I suspect I have been scammed like everyone else who has reviewed earlier. And Luckily I found their business register on NZ business registration office, which is obviously a PUBLIC website. Anyone can get access to. So, I don't think their company name or director's name is confidential info. And I emailed them (not the same one for consumers on their website), You know what, someone replied to me!!!! Woohoo~~~! The person said they have emailed me multiple times, maybe in spam box which I checked there's none. What's so funny is, A staff member emailed me saying "We have not received any response from your end and we would like to close this case" and following that is an "email" mentioning my review and refund which was never sent to me!! Do you get that? They quoted an earlier email but it's not sent, they use that as evidence of pervious conversations. why not reply to the actual email I sent to you? You can't see that? But you use the same email address! OK, the person sent me a screenshot showing they processed refund on 21-Oct-2022 09:54. But I paid 10:54PM 21-Oct-2022. Maybe they based in US? So there's the time zone difference? Let's say they did processed the refund. But why don't you tell me first? (Don't tell me you emailed me, that's just an email you just typed half an hour ago, and it's never sent) And I have checked my bank account, I haven't received the refund, for one week. Well, maybe that can be possible. I will talk to my bank on Monday. Anyway, what an incredible experience!! They claim I am threatening their reputation. Look at all the other reviews!! They are worried about their reputation, how cute they are. Well, their info is on a public website, I don't know any private info so I can't expose their details. Please like my review, so people won't fall into this trap!!! Oh, sorry I forget to mention how they scam people. they appear to be on the list if you search flights on Skyscanner. And if you click the link, it allows you to complete the payment. But if you search the same flight on their own website, there's no results!!! I tried so many different destination and date, there's no flights whatsoever. I suspect they designed a fake website which you can't make any reservation. It's not easy to link to the worldwide flight database. But somehow they linked their payment page to Skyscanner. 01-11-2022 update: I found money is back in my bank account today. Probably they realized that it's hard to rip me off. I will keep my Police report because this company needs to be investigated. And I am waiting for Consumer Protection and NZ business register office to get back to me, so they will look into this matter further.

Edit - after going back and forward eventually got my money back. Still very poor communication and I had to repurchase the flight from another vendor for $200 more than I initially paid. Still strongly recommend avoiding. Bought ticket through Tripomate (through Skyscanner) and received an email saying you should get eticket within 24 hours. Most services in my experience you get it basically instantly. 36 hours later still have not received and Tripomate have not replied to any of my messages or emails. Feels very much like a scam. Not happy. Avoid at all costs.
