They took my money but did not deliver a ticket. FRAUD!

Should have read the reviews first. They will be exposed.

I had a very bad experience with them and it seems that it more a scamming company. Basically, I booked a flight on Egypt airlines, and one day after, I received an email from their support asking for the correct number, while I was sure that I provided the correct number. They called after and asked to pay $70 more because I am not the credit card owner, and things started to get hyper as this doesn't make sense so they guy hanged up. I called again and another guy, they all seems to be covering their mouths or trying to change their voices, told me the $70 not because I am not the credit card holder, it's because my number wasn't correct and they didn't confirm the payment, so the price of my flight jumped $70 more. This flight I was following since two weeks of the 24th and the price stayed the same, and it doesn't make sense to jump so rapidly that way. They're a complete scam company and I don't know trusted companies like Wego and others accepting using them. Have anyone received his refund from them?

Tripomate is a legitimate travel agent, but with poor customer service. They fulfilled our ticket purchase and emailed us a e-ticket confirmation within 24 hours, but they didn't reply to follow up emails after requesting additional documents to verify the credit card purchase, causing needless worry for us. And their phone number for customer support just goes to voicemail. But, they did offer the lowest price for our ticket and in the end, they did fulfill our order. Don't be scared by all the negative reviews calling them a scam. They are not a scam, but they do need to improve their customer service!

Booked 5 days ago and still no ticket. Tried contacting both through email and phone but no response!! Flight is soon.

Worst travel company ever, they fail to provide my ticket on time but took my money and fail to pay me back as promised. send numerous support emails but never responding. communication is almost zero, one phone call out of 16 phone calls answered not recommended to anyone. I will wait for another 5 days from 3/9/2019, (my order no is 4407) then going to lodge a complain to commerce commission. and consumer affairs to solve this issue

I should have known better. The whole web site experience was dodgee. I gave them my credit card info and personal info and in the last step, it says, "it can't process my reservation". I think this site is a fake.
