RESPONSE TO TRIPNTRAVELUSA'S RESPONSE: I sent the email canceling the ticket as I had not heard anything from them despite calling and trying to chat with them on their website. It was less than 18 hours before my flight, so I bought a new ticket at a much higher price. But at least I had a ticket home this way. And I never claimed they billed me. I was worried they would try and bill me more than I was supposed to have paid after reading their reviews, so I sent an email requesting the cancellation making sure that would not happen. Avoid these scammers. This website is a scam. They do not answer the phone or respond to emails or chats I thought I bought a ticket for a flight as I received a 'receipt' after giving them my credit card info and clicking on complete the purchase. The day before my flight, I still have no tickets and my credit card wasn't charged. I went to their website again and they were advertising flights that I knew to be full at prices that were not real. Don't waste your time because it will end up costing you more money when you find out you don't have any tickets. All of the positive reviews are fake. Notice the review counts for those users. And the tone. Fake, just like this website

What made my experience great was Jose. He went above and beyond to help me book my flight. I was struggling and I didn't understand or comprehend what the $75 fee was for but the overall experience he worked it through with me off and on the phone.

Soy de Argentina y por error compré pasajes a Seattle con la empresa Tripntravelusa, fue un proceso muy largo y difícil a pesar de reiterarle mas de 10 veces al vendedor que me cancele todo jamás lo hizo y para colmo de todo lo malo porque al final terminé pagando mucho más de lo que debía por los pasajes, me cobraron un pasaje demás que nunca me quisieron anular ni mandar comprobante ya que alegaban de que ellos lo habían anulado. Muy mala experiencia! Jamás compren en esa página, por lo menos desde Argentina! Respecto a la respuesta de la página tengo absolutamente todos los comprobantes y correos electrónicos si necesitan se los puedo enviar! Sin embargo sé que no se van a hacer cargo de nada, ya que estuve peleando como tres meses para que se hagan cargo y jámas lo hicieron. Mi reseña es para que nadie de Argentina compre ya que va a perder mucho dinero si lo hace. A mi me hubiese gustado que alguien pudiera informar si le sucedió algo parecido para no perder tanto dinero comprando en esta página!

Great experience with Jason. We booked a flight to Vancouver and were to told additional verification was required as we used my mom's card. After verification by her the experience was smooth got the tickets and even boarding pass sent by them. They got us good seats too. Would recommend everyone.
