Bait and switch
TLDR: the price you see doesn't exist and they will get you on the phone to try to get you to pay more than double for inconvenient flights. Recently had an overwhelmingly negative experience. Found some airline tickets at a great price, admittedly too great, but booked them anyways. Received an email the next day that there had been a price change. They were trying to convince me to pay more for a worse itinerary on a different day. I declined and asked them to honor the itinerary and price I agreed to. He said he would escalate the matter and to expect an email. It never came, I never received a call back. Don't recommend.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and confusion this experience caused. Airline fares and availability fluctuate in real time, and a booking request does not guarantee the final price until the ticket has been officially issued by the airline. In your case, the fare changed before the ticketing process could be completed. Because of this change, we immediately notified you before taking any further action. We want to clarify that your payment card was never charged for this transaction. Once you let us know that you did not wish to proceed with the updated options, we canceled the booking request immediately without charging any cancellation fees.
