THIS COMPANY IS FRAUD
THIS COMPANY IS FRAUD. They advertised a rather discounted price for flight to New York from Arizona and I purchased the tickets for 5. I did not hear anything from them and did not get my tickets for about 2 days. When I called they told me the flight did not have space for 5 people and he then tried to sell me another ticket at a higher price. I told the agent to cancel the transaction, but he said I’ll have to authorize them to debit $50 for cancellation. I refused to authorize the $50 cancellation fee since they were the ones who could not deliver on agreed tickets. The next thing I saw was a fraudulent flight ticket of over $800 purchased on my card. The whole thing felt like a scam. Reply: Your agent told me on the phone that the original tickets that were advertised and booked were no longer available. He never mentioned any verification, instead he sent me an email advertising a more expensive ticket, and subsequently $50 cancellation fee. There was a fraudulent transaction on the credit card for an airline ticket with Spirit air afterwards. I never said your company debited the $800. I was just narrating my experience. Simple

Thank you for reaching out regarding your flight booking attempt made on the night of July 14, 2025. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify the sequence of events and address your recent claims. The Booking and Security Protocol We confirm that we contacted you on the morning of July 15, 2025, after your late-night booking to finalize the transaction. The tickets were not processed because the payment method used was a third party's card. As part of our mandatory security protocol designed to protect against fraudulent transactions, we require documentation—specifically, a card copy and written authorization—when a payment is made by an individual not listed on the reservation. This essential documentation was never provided to us, nor was a direct contact for the cardholder shared. Consequently, we were unable to process the transaction, and the fare we were holding for you expired. We subsequently offered you an alternative flight option in a similar price range, which you explicitly declined via written correspondence. Cancellation Fees and Charges Regarding the cancellation charge, we confirm that we did communicate a potential $50 service fee for holding the fare during the security verification process. However, because you were unwilling to pay this fee, we chose to waive this charge entirely. To be explicitly clear: no charges related to this attempted booking were applied to any payment card by our company. Addressing the $800 Charge Claim We categorically deny your accusation that the third party’s card was used to pay for an $800 ticket or that our company charged this amount. This is a false claim. We require you to either immediately provide verifiable documentation or a bank statement proving that our company processed an $800 charge, or we insist that you retract this false narrative. We must also advise you that using a third party's card for online bookings without their explicit authorization and required documentation constitutes misuse of payment facilities, which is a serious matter. We recommend that you refrain from using somebody else's card to book online.
