Need more than just a PhD program such as the DBA

I had an exceptional and unique learning experience with Trident University International. The virtual classroom, professors and classmates brought a high-level of learning I did not expect. Exceeding my expectations, Trident University staff demonstrated an outstanding professionalism and a vast knowledge to guide through every class enrollment and following through my scheduled career plan. I would certainly recommend anyone to Trident University International.

You will never regret starting or continuing your education with Trident University!

Challenging but all worth it

I'm extremely happy with the level of support and attention delivered through the Trident University staff as well as the online content and flexibility given to busy professionals. I'm so glad I stuck it out and graduated with them. The graduate course work was well planned and relevant to today's environment. I'm very pleased with the overall results and extend my sincere appreciation to Trident University.

I made the right decision to attend this University

Trident is a great university. They are very supportive and accommodating to the military life.

Each time I took a class, the Professors would give different grades on the same type of written paper. And when I would ask how to improve the quality of the paper that I wrote, most Professors would give very little guidance as to how to improve in order to achieve a better grade. Most would give a "blanket response and feedback". Then in regards to finance, every time it was time to receive my "award letter" (FAFSA), the finance personnel would mess it up. For example, I had to call in 3, 4, or 5 times to see when it was to be disbursed. So if I didn't call repeatedly, it would be months before I received my disbursement, if at all. Also, when I finished my degree, the finance and also the degree managers were telling me that I owed a "graduate fee" or something similar to that. After roughly 2 weeks of calls and emails, they finally found out that I did not owe a fee and that I was eligible to receive my degree in the mail. One last note, I think that when someone outside of the California area completes a degree, Trident should send a representative to congratulate the student or at least send a small gift or something to show the appreciation for the loyalty to TUI for the span of their degree and staying with TUI so many years. But that is just my opinion.
