Roland, we totally agree. Trident is proud to have so many dedicated faculty members and most of them have their Doctorate. They strive for academic success for all our students. Thank you for your review.

My Trident University experience was great! But like anything, you get out of it what you put into it. The faculty encouraged and enabled students to be creative but relevant to industry with our projects. This freedom enabled me to always push myself to produce a quality product that was relevant to my job and career goals; it made all the difference in my learning experience. The professors provided great constructive feedback whenever I had any issues or questions. Having a full time job and completing courses was definitely a challenge; especially when the job demands more than 40 hours per week. I only had to request a few extensions, but the faculty provided ample opportunity to complete program as long as I was making progress. Finally, the academic advisors and support teams are great. I met some of them at our alumni meeting in El Paso TX, a great team of personable professionals striving for academic product excellence. Thanks Trident!!!!!

No thanks needed Jeffrey. From staff to faculty members, the Trident family is committed to the student's success. We continuously hear from students and alumni about how supportive their professors were. If you walk the halls of the Trident campus you will see continual reminders of our COMMIT values (https://www.trident.edu/why-trident/values/) and what you have described above confirms that we are following those values. We are so proud to have you as an alumni and happy that you could make one of our alumni meetings. Thank you for taking the time to write such a glowing review.

Excellent experience!! I had been out of school close to forty years before attempting to obtain a Masters Degree. The instructors were very helpful in my adjusting to researching, writing, and organizing papers. The school support was amazing throughout the entire experience. The Fastrac courses were right on time for the time frame I had to do my degree in. Trident cares about its students, I would recommend it to anyone, grad or undergrad.

Wanda, you are a wonderful success story and one that is similar to many of our other students. It does not matter if you are 1 year out of high school or 40 years from the last time you were in the classroom, the structured flexibility / convenience of an online University like Trident helps to support the adult learner achieve their dream. From faculty to staff, "Compassionate Commitment" is a main pillar that supports everything we do at Trident. thank you for your kind review.

Every time I blink it seems like a new university is popping up which offers basically the same degree programs. Trident University International has seperated themselves from the rest by giving me the opportunity to obtain an affordable college degree without having to take out a student loan or put myself into a financial crisis. They are flexible, affordable, and will work with you to ensure success. Can't see myself going anywhere else.

Thank you Antonio for a wonderful review. We continually hear from our students and alumni how refreshing it is to be able to get a quality education at such an affordable price. You have outlined our pillars to student success - "Academic Excellence" and "Compassionate Commitment". Each and every faculty member and staff support these pillars so that students become passionate alumni like you.

Trident was just what ,I needed to move ahead of the pack of new and old emergency management planning ,response and recovery from Hurricanes and Disasters on the East Coast .The education experience has made me stand out and I now have a teams of 15 Government Liaisons under me .Further my area of coverage encompass several major cities and millions of life's. I am a cut above the rest.

I completed my MBA at Trident. Being busy professional and family person, I found the ultimate flexibility that I needed to complete my coursework. University staff are helpful. Professors were very helpful in allowing extra time when I ever I needed to submit assignments. It took me nearly 5 years to complete my degree at my own pace and I had to take several sessions off as well to focus on other priorities. I'm very satisfied with my overall experience and learning from Trident. I might start PhD with Trident at some point.

Although some classes were good learning experiences, I felt that the school could achieve more. PROS: Military friendly Online Accredited (struggled) CONS: Poor choice of name change to Trident U. I actually have people ask if it is a real college. A potential employer in my interview said, "It sounds made up". Classes felt like they were lacking learning potential many times. Syllabus needs to change with instructors. Many links to research material were old and non-existent on material. Honestly, the biggest problem for me is the name. It really sounds like anything but a college name. I left the school in the middle of my Masters and went to another college for a year. I finally decided that being three classes from a Masters at Trident was better than starting over at another University. So, I came back and finished. Looking back, I should have stuck with the other University. When people ask me where I got my Masters I tell them, but also tell them to go somewhere else for education. Ryan

Ryan, we really do appreciate the feedback. Since the name change we have not heard anyone complain that "Trident" was not the right fit. the University spent many months evaluating naming options as well as school colors. The new logos, colors and names were specifically chosen for what they represent to our student body demographic - heavily military. Our history and core foundation is based on servicing the military population. Our commitment to the adult learner is strong and our values are in writing https://www.trident.edu/why-trident/values/. Combining this compassionate commitment with academic excellence and being military friendly, a very large portion of our student body comes from referrals which should say a lot for Trident. As for your comments on syllabus and materials (links, etc) are all items that we continuously strive to improve. The College of Education, for example, has a new Dean, Dr. Heidi Gilligan. She has been instrumental in making changes to her college and its programs.
