Mr. O'Neal, Trident is so very proud to call you an alumni. Your story is amazing. We have triple degree holders as well and many have similar successes. Pueblo Colorado is lucky to have you making decisions on behalf of the students in their schools while Trident is both proud and lucky to have you as one of our distinguished alumni. Keep up the great work.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that your impression of our University is such a negative one. For 20 years, Trident has provided individuals with the power to earn a degree and get the skills to help advance their careers. The majority of our students and grads are active or former military. They have served our country and many are now making great contributions in business, government and other areas of society. With that in mind, I hope you will reconsider your opinion of Trident graduates. I’d also like to learn more about your experience at Trident to address any specific issues you may have had. Please get in touch with me, Travis Allen, President & CEO at [email protected] or 714-816-0366 (ext. 2560). I hope to hear from you.

We appreciate you sharing your thoughts and are glad to know that your overall experience with the program was positive. We are sincerely sorry for any technical issues you may have experienced at the beginning. By and large, those issues are rare and are resolved quickly by our dedicated support staff. As for costs, Trident is actually one of the lowest priced WSCUC regionally accredited Universities. If you have any other suggestions, I’d be happy to discuss them. Just reach out to me, Christina Hoang, Director, Center for Student Success at [email protected] or 714-816-0366 (ext. 2147). Thanks again for your feedback.
