I cannot comment on the product yet as unfortunately had some hiccups receiving it, but what a fantastic customer service. I have contacted them, within a few hours they replied. Super approachable and understanding. They have handled my query super promptly and the problem was resolved within minutes. Very impressed.

I made a purchase, last night & inadvertently thought I was “adding a few more buy one get one,” by a fraction of the price, so I clicked on it! I quickly realized it wasn’t adding ONE more of buy one get one but a whole other buy 3 get 3 (I initially bought a buy 2 get 1; I know, confusing)!I quickly called & left a VM with my order # along with emailing the company noting my error. My biggest worry was getting locked into a subscripiton!!! By the time I WOKE UP had received email with my noted credit to be given with8n 3 days! I was “over the moon,” with their customer sevice! I have ordered their products for my oldest grandson the last two years & now realized his two younger brothers would love this in their stocking, as well!, LOVE TRIBAL CHIMP! For Their products & customer service!!!!

I ordered an item on 16/11/25. On 5/12/25 I emailed asking where my product is. They claim to have delivered it. I asked for proof and they wouldn’t provide it even when I told them I had not received my item. I had to get a refund through PayPal. The customer service is terrible. Can’t make comment on product because I never received it.

The bottle of powder was very small for the price and it didn’t create the texture I anticipated. Not worth the money and other products I have used work much much better, such Suavecito texture powder.

Hi Danielle. Thank you so much for your feedback! The container is intentionally small but concentrated, typically lasting around 1 month with regular use. Its micro-powder texture was developed to stay weightless and clean, giving effortless hold and volume without residue. We also want to gently point out that both the size and weight are clearly mentioned on our product page and printed directly on the container to help set accurate expectations. Remember that our products are Satisfaction Guaranteed and we have the perfect team to turn this into something great. Please contact [email protected] and I am sure they will solve this. We hope to hear from you soon!

Hi Ann. Thanks for sharing your experience and I am very sorry for the delay. I checked your order and it is still in transit. It will be delivered by the local carrier Hermes. I know waiting this long is frustrating, especially when the order is a gift, and I apologize for the inconvenience. Our team is monitoring the tracking and we will make sure it reaches you. If you reach out to customer service, we will gladly help and make this right for you. Thank you for your patience.

Ordered on 14th November, and nothing. Still says ‘being processed’. Need to know if it’s going to arrive or whether I need to make Alternative arrangements for Xmas.

Hi Lyndsey. Thanks for sharing your feedback, and I’m really sorry for the delay. The carrier shows your order was delivered on 01 December 2025 by Hermes. When you have a moment, could you confirm it arrived safely? We had noted the extended delivery time due to shipping from the US, but I completely understand how frustrating the wait can be. If you reach out to our customer service team, we’d be happy to make this right for you. Thank you for giving us the chance to fix things.

Product good. It’s been 10 days since I ordered and they’re saying it’ll be another 3 before it gets here. And shipping WASN’T free:/ They are located 4 states from me. I literally could have driven there and back in that amount of time. Ridiculous! Use UPS or FedEx, not Pony Express (DHL).

Hi Mark, I’m sorry for the delay you experienced. Peak season can slow carriers down, and DHL sometimes shows limited tracking while the package is in transit. I understand how frustrating that feels. We do have faster options like FedEx available, and I’ll make sure our shipping details are clearer moving forward.
