They “market” very well, but I am not impressed with the three products, that I purchased from Tribal Chimp. The Tribal Chimp Hair Styling Powder “flies” around when shaken and is landing on my shoulders and face, more than I desire. The Tribal Chimp Matte Paste is too “creamy” for my hair texture. The Tribal Chimp Styling Clay is too “thick” for my hair texture. I missed the 30-day return window, so I guess I am out of options.

I don’t know how well it works yet but it’s a VERy small bottle for the money!

Product good. It’s been 10 days since I ordered and they’re saying it’ll be another 3 before it gets here. And shipping WASN’T free:/ They are located 4 states from me. I literally could have driven there and back in that amount of time. Ridiculous! Use UPS or FedEx, not Pony Express (DHL).

Placed an order September 13th. Shipping said could be up to 10 business days. September 30th I finally emailed them asking when I could expect the package to ship. Rec'd follow up email that said the products I ordered were out of stock and they would ship as soon as it was in stock. It shipped that day, an hour after I got the email. Finally rec'd my order on Oct 7th. First issue I've ever had with this company.

I really like the product, but the packaging was very small for the price. I was expecting each one be the size of a normal deodorant container the round ones of course.

Order #TC445725 I ordered for 50CHF and they wrote 117CHF on the bill which lead to 30CHF in customs to be charged at the arrival. They didn't answer any emails about it, nothing. There is no customer service, it is outrageous. The product is ok but not as impressive as in video. Update: I have received a refund for the inappropriate customs taxes, so case resolved, they do have a good customer service after all but would have been easier if they had answered the first time.

love the product but it takes almost 2 weeks to get it to me in Canada

The hair powder is okay. I love the smell & it seems to give me more volume. It does make the hair hard to brush through so I had to use a wide tooth volumizing comb and a wide-spaced hair drying brush to style my hair. Very expensive for the size I received so I can’t recommend it.
