Hi there, Thank you so much for your feedback! The container is intentionally small but concentrated, typically lasting around 1 month with regular use. Its micro-powder texture was developed to stay weightless and clean, giving effortless hold and volume without residue. We also want to gently point out that both the size and weight are clearly mentioned on our product page and printed directly on the container to help set accurate expectations. Remember that our products are Satisfaction Guaranteed and we have the perfect team to turn this into something great. Please contact [email protected] and I am sure they will solve this. We hope to hear from you soon!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I’m very sorry for the frustration this has caused. You’re right to expect clearer communication, and I apologize that we did not keep you properly informed about the stock situation. While your order was placed with standard shipping and not expedited delivery, I completely understand the frustration. That is on us, and there’s no excuse for the lack of proactive updates. Good news is the package was finally delivered. Please check your email, as our support team has reached out to you directly to address this and offer a gesture of goodwill. We really appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and while I understand your disappointment, we would still like the opportunity to make this right. Thank you again for your feedback.

Thank you for your feedback! Although the container is small, the product is designed to last around 4 weeks. Of course, this can vary depending on how much is applied and how often it’s used. We’ve formulated the powder to be ultra-light so it doesn’t feel sticky and helps you achieve that natural, “no-product” look. We also want to gently point out that both the size and weight are clearly mentioned on our product page and printed directly on the container to help set accurate expectations. We truly appreciate you giving us a try, and we’re always here if you have any questions or need support!
