A friend turned me on to Tribal Chimp, and I was excited to support the company. I placed my order on the 12th, and nothing at checkout said the Sea Salt Spray was out of stock. When I emailed, October 20th, after receiving no shipping info, I was told it had been out of stock due to high demand but was now back and my order would be fulfilled soon. I needed something quickly, and if I had known about the delay, I would have chosen a different product. Instead I only found out because I chased them, and the item was back in stock the same day I complained. I wanted to love this company, but their communication fell flat. One email when the item sold out would have made all the difference.

This stuff is garbage!! Ever since I tried this my hair has been falling out in clumps!! Do not buy this product!!!

I would give zero if I could. Spent over sixty euros, never received my package. I did get an email from them saying there was a glitch during my checkout time on their site but they took my money and no parcel arrived. No way to contact them on their site. Very disappointed. Glad I bought some powder for my son locally for his holiday, should’ve just done that in the first place. ❗️❗️❗️ I did not receive an email from ‘Tribal Chimp’ prior to writing this review. I would never have written it if I had. As it turns out this company was not at fault at all. It was the customs office who have received forty four euros in customs charges immediately upon being notified that I owed these charges. However they did not input this into their system and returned my package. So not only did I not receive my order but I am down forty four euros in customs charges. Please be aware of this when ordering outside EU as customs still have not responded to my email with my bank statement showing I paid it on time. Tribal chimp are not responsible for this and have reached out offering a solution which I’m glad to say included a refund. I am fuming with the customs office though as this is the third time I’ve had to deal with them, with no response on the previous two times so I gave up. On a brighter note for anyone who is interested ‘Tribal Chimp’ are now able to send packages from within the EU which will not incur these charges.

Bought the hair styling powder and was really disappointed especially with the price tag. Did not hold my hair at all and didn’t sculpted it like the promotion video

Pure scam. Product never arrived. They will tell you some stuff about restock and discount but they will charge your card again. Advise those who ordered to check your credit card statement. Pure scam company.

I ordered this product on 27th November as a Christmas gift, it has never arrived! I have sent many emails to which I was told they were overwhelmed with Black Friday but the order was on its way. On 2nd January 2026 I chased again and was told that the order was missing and that it would be reordered, to date I have never received the re-order. Communication is poor, I have asked for a refund which is never acknowledged. DO NOT order from this company.

They may not have shipped all of the orders. Honestly, this feels like it could be a scam... -The tracking number didn't exit. -They responded instantly at first, then completely stopped replying. -They claimed they’d resend right away, but there’s been no update at all. Besides, several reviewers say they never got their item — it seems more like it was never shipped than lost in transit.
