Brought a trek slash 8 brand new after a year I spent 2k on getting it fixed and it’s always rattling and all my mates that have trek have the same problems as me. For the price I payed it’s so disappointing it’s got way to much bontrager which is pretty bad and the bearing are awful.

Just the worst quality bike I’ve ever owned (Trek Domane) In 1 year I’ve had to replace The back wheel twice, The saddle bolt,The bottom bracket, The cassette, The chain, The back brakes, Both tyres and more that I’ve forgotten I’ve honestly spent more on the bike than what I paid for the bike It’s quite obvious that these are built with cheap components that wont last so the customer is forced to return time after time to get it fixed racking up more money on top of what was paid for the bike I’ve had no help from Trek (Battersea) as they say these are all wearable parts not covered under warranty so basically the only part that’s not wearable is the frame I would highly recommend you stay away from this company at all costs unless you want to spend more in the long run

Ordered something from another company which Royal Mail seem to have lost. The company couldn’t guarantee delivery in time after a second order so advised I go straight to Trek. They couldn’t have been more helpful. She understood the stress caused, suggested a solution, organised delivery for the next day, and checked in. Brilliant service

I visited the Trek Bicycles in Southlake, TX on 11/05/2023 for some service and I was amazed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Wes greeted me warmly and helped me with an oddball request/repair that I had. He explained the process and the cost clearly and honestly. He also told me that it would take some time as they were very busy with other customers. I decided to wait and browse around the store. While I was waiting, I met Eddie, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. He showed me some of the latest models and features of the bikes. He also answered all my questions patiently and enthusiastically. I was so impressed by his service that I ended up buying a bike for my husband as a surprise gift. Eddie made sure that I got the best deal and the right fit for the bike. I also noticed how well the staff of three worked together as a team. Josh was the third member of the staff and he was also very courteous and efficient. He handled the checkout and the delivery of the bikes smoothly and quickly. He also thanked me for choosing Trek Bicycles and invited me to come back anytime. I was very satisfied with my experience at the Trek Bicycles in Southlake, TX. The staff of three, Wes, Eddie, and Josh, were all outstanding and went above and beyond to make me happy. They were overloaded with happy yet patient customers, but they never lost their smile or their professionalism. They were gelling together despite being overworked. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for a great bike and a great service. Thank you, Trek Bicycles, for making my day!

Ich kam heute ganz spontan bei trekbikes mit meinem alten Fahrrad (Yoga) vorbei mit wenig Luft im Hinterreifen. Sofort fand ich ein offenes Ohr und gleich darauf einen ebenso netten Mitarbeiter, der mein Rad mit Luft versorgte, die Luftpumpe überprüfte - einfach Super so schnell und ohne großen Aufwand Hilfe zu bekommen. Wenn sich herausstellt, daß der Reifen und /oder Ventil defekt ist, weiß ich ganz bestimmt wo ich gut aufgehoben bin - Vielen Dank Rosemarie R.

Jeg har benyttet forretningen de seneste 8 år. Har altid fået en fremragende service. Ikke mindst den teknologiske indsigt er i top. Desuden er indretningen moderne og indbydende med et stort sortiment, ligesom værkstedet har den fornødne ekspertise. Alt kører professionelt - det er kun få steder, man finder dette. Jeg har anbefalet forretningen til mange i min omgangskreds.
