I purchased my Christmas tree before Thanksgiving and after recieving a faulty tree stand was assured they would send me a replacement part. I was surprised they wanted to have me send a review. There customer service suck to say the least. Would not except a return of the part or the tree. Almost 6 months now with a useless crooked tree! Port Orange, Fl

We've owned a Tree Classics Christmas tree for several years and love it. Just purchased this new one which is the slender style with newer real feel tips. Anxious to put it up next Christmas.

The tree is really nice. Full. and good needles. the only trouble I had was trying to find the outlets in the tree for all the lights. Never did find the lower ones. Better luck next year. It's a beautiful tree and not too fat but very full.

I LOVE this Christmas tree! I always had a real Christmas tree because that was my preference and my grown childrens' demand!! But this year, I was tired of trying to coordinate family schedules with keeping a live tree fresh, so after Christmas, I bought this tree on sale and it's beautiful!! I kept it up long after Christmas just to enjoy a tree and not worry about fire danger! An excellent purchase that I wish I'd made earlier!

The tree was just what I wanted, but I was disappointed in the construction quality. While I was arranging the branches two of them fell right off the tree and were only hanging on be the wiring to the lights. I was not only disappointed but felt the wiring that was exposed could be dangerous. Because I have had artificial trees for the last thirty years and had good luck with them, I never paid more than $150 for any of them, I thought I would treat myself last year. Needless to say I am very disappointed and won't buy another one online.

I ordered the tree storage bag, which arrived at a time when we were dealing with Christmas and my husband's stroke and knowing that it would be of good quality, pushed the box aside and forgot about it. This morning I saw the box and remembered that I didn't submit this review I did not read the ordering instructions thoroughly and didn't realize that accessory items had to be returned within 10 days. When we finally got around to taking down the tree and opened the box ,discovered that the bag was well made, but too big, heavy and awkward for me to handle. I contacted customer service and was advised that more than ten days had passed and that I could not return the carefully packed cover. This was my error. I wonder why tree bags are included with accessories that must be returned within ten days. One certainly could not use the product before Christmas and then try to return it. Regardless, I will remain a Tree Classic customer. The slim line Kennedy Fir was the prettiest tree that we have ever used. T. Stalb
