After purchasing a tree from Brookstone and having two "wrong" trees delivered and having to return them, I was feeling burned out about buying a tree online. I tried Tree Classics because the reviews were so good. The correct tree arrived as scheduled! Even though it was after Christmas we set it up to make sure everything worked and it did. Looking forward to using my Tree Classics natural-looking tree for Christmas 2015.

The tree is a bit heavy so I don't worry about it toppling over, but it requires 2 people to bring it out of storage and put it back later. The caps on the legs should fit more snuggly. In the course of setting up and packing up, I lost 2 the first year. I have wood floors so the tree cannot slide. It has to have protectors under the legs. Overall, I am still very happy with my tree. It is full and very well lit. The branches are strong enough to hold heavier ornaments and there was almost no shedding of needles. This will probably be the last tree I ever buy. It's that pretty.

Tree was easy to set up and looked great when i got done arranging the limbs . First time i had an LED tree will not go back to standard lights . Tree Classic is the only one to offer the changing color LED's which is great if you have different color rooms.Told and showed friends , will definitely buy from again.

I love the tree I got from Tree Classics. Well worth the price. It is so easy to put together and no need for a lot of cords. We were downsizing from a bigger tree and this is a perfect size. Still big enough to be great. I think we got the 6 foot one. I would highly recommend this company. The shipping was great too. Highly satisfied customer!

This is our 2nd tree purchased from tree classics and love the look and feel of both. However had a slight issue with lighting on the new tree and got no help what so ever to a resolution. In fact was told at one point the company had been bought and they were no longer dealing with any warranty issues. Great product, but because of their customer service I would probably go elsewhere for my next tree purchase.
