So easy to assemble!

We've used the tree twice now and it is lovely. When we set it up for the second time, we had forgotten how easy it was. Having the lights pre-strung is such a time saver and it uses fewer ornaments as well. We love it! We have the 4ft tree and it is beautiful in our den sitting on an end table in front of the picture window. We are empty nesters so this size tree works well for us. From the outside of the house you can't tell it isn't a full size tree.

I have had my tree for a few years and now a lot of the lights are out. I replace bulbs every year but each year there just seems to be more and more lights that are out. This year an entire section of my tree was dark. I called to find out what could be done but since the company has changed hands I was not able to get a replacement tree because the new company will not honor. the original warranty. I am disappointed that my tree needs to be replaced before the warranty is up.

Never thought we would buy an artificial tree, but because we weren't at the house much this year we did. It was beautiful, easy to put up and of course no mess! We were very happy with it.

I received my tree in only a few days, set up quickly and is beautiful, however I was looking forward to being able to store this tree in a bag that was designed for this tree. The bag was supposed to have straps to secure the tree in place so when you lifted up on the handle to roll away, the tree would stay in place. No straps, so when you pick up on the handle, all 3 of the tree sections slip down to the bottom of the bag and the weight is all at the base of the bag which makes it nearly impossible to lift and roll. This bag should have support poles that can telescope and attach to the inside of the bag to make the bag more rigid, thus allowing you to lift up and roll to your storage area. As it is now it basically is a big red bag that you are dragging to your storage area. Weighs a ton.

After 15 years, we decided it was time for a new artificial tree and boy were we surprised. The new tree came in sections - I had to put each limb in the old one - the new tree was covered in lights - I had to string them - the new tree looked so real, it was crazy!! It was well worth the money and it is BEAUTIFUL! Thank you!!
