The website did not prompt me for a shipping address and shipped to our old work address that we moved out of 3 years ago. Treatmedy pulled the wrong name, wrong email and wrong shipping address from somewhere which was different from my billing address. Now they will not refund me the $81.90. This place is a scam. Do not order from them!!

This product is very easy to use because it is easily adjusted. At first I was too agressive and easily released the tension. My feet have stopped hurting all the time and only hurt , usually, after I've spent the day walking. I hope that stops after I have used it longer. Thank you.

Well, first of all the treatMedy bunion fix works. For the first time in over a decade, my big toes on both feet no longer press against my other toes. I’ve been using the product for about two weeks. The pain is subsided and I’ve been measuring my foot and in just two weeks I’ve lost almost 3 mm on my left foot and 5 mm on my right foot of protrusion. I tried this torture device daily since receipt on 03/21/24. It caused me MORE pain and in MORE foot areas! Bunion bone, forefoot and outside ankle! Cannot endure this anymore as I cannot even bear weight on my foot when I get sudden, intermediate, unbearable ache in my entire foot. Treatmedy states my satisfaction is their priority and offers a 90 day iron clad money back guarantee for any reason, yet I have asked them on 2 occasions now and I simply get a parroted and patronizing sympathy answer and they tell me that this thing is working for me. They then reiterate their lying guarantee about a refund. So, I will start a case with PayPal today to get my refund. I had to CALL Pay Pal as once Treatmedy gives you a "discount" off the original payment, you cannot simply start a resolution with Pay Pal and must call them. Treatmedy are lying thieves about any guarantees.
