Videos of product were great and self explanatory. The product bunion fix seems to help. Haven’t used it long enough. It’s not been uncomfortable Hoping to get good results.

I also purchased the Treatmedy Bunion Corrector. It appears to be faulty as it is not operating at the video indicates. No refund was offered even though I sent a video of this not working as it should. So I thought I would continue using it & I have been using it daily for over 4 months now with absolutely no change. It is not what it is made out to be, yes it is uncomfortable & I can only wear it for 2 hours at the most. The staff are very nice which is a bonus & they are good at responding to emails which I would give them 5 out of 5 BUT as for purchasing this, it has been a waste of my money. I also would like to be offered a refund as I have been so patient with it. Under the consumer guarantees act if the product or item is faulty we are entitled to receive a refund, though the staff were friendly this was not suggested

This bunion corrector does not work for me & it is combersime. & uncomfortable I would like a full refund if possible. I can not use this. Thank you

I'm still using them, my feet are already sooooo much better! I put them on at night after work while I watch a movie and then take them off before bed. So that's about 2hrs a day or so for a few weeks now. Totally recommend they are working. My feet used to ache all night and especially in shoes and walking and they're so much better. I even wore high heels to a wedding recently and danced in them for 2hrs as well! My feet are straightening up, one is progressing faster than the other and is starting to look very straight again, the other is a bit behind it but it was worse. They're easy to put on and off and you can adjust them to the level you can tolerate and tighten as you go. The instructions said to build up to a few hours at a time and then you can wear them all night while you sleep but I'm not able to do that, I'm putting them on in the evenings watching a movie and then taking them off after a few hours. They've been a bit sore to wear all night for me personally. But just daily a few hours a night is definitely working very well. If you're getting aching, sore feet and trouble with wearing shoes and ache cramps in your feet all night, etc from your bunions definitely try these before considering surgery or anything like that - or doing nothing and ending up crippled and unable to walk. These are simple and they work! I know that in a couple more weeks with continued use my feet will be perfect again but more importantly pain free.

Beware of returning the items! I returned mine after 4 days of wearing them on both feet. I was immediately aware these bunion wraps were not going to help my problem. First, customer service offered me a discount so I would not return them. I refused. Then they wrote their return office was far away in Georgia. I asked for the return address.I followed the instructions and sent the items back and still am fighting for my refund. So much for this company’s willingness to back up their product by their return policies.

Don't ever order from this company. They sent me more Bunion Fix than I ordered (THEIR MISTAKE) and charged me for the extras. When I contacted them, they were gracious and wanted to help etc. Nearly 3 weeks later, they've changed their story at least 3 times. They were going to send me a return mailing label because you can't return them to the address on the shipping label. Now they want to give me half my money back if I will keep the product I don't need and they won't pay return postage for their own mistake. They can't be great products if they're begging people to keep them. I haven't had them long enough to see if they actually do what they claim. Irregardless of if the product works or not, their customer service sucks.

Easy to use product with wonderful intentions behind it.

I ordered a pair of bunion fix products from Treatmedy, mid August of 24, and received them a week later. Started to use them on both feet about 30 minutes a day and gradually increased to 1-2 hours and then 3 hours at night while sleeping. I could even walk in them to the bathroom or to get some water, of course afterwards adjusting them to make sure they were in perfect position again. Today is October 1st, 24. I have used them for over a Month and half now. Very happy with the results. Although my bunion issue was very mild in one foot to moderate in the other, this product did what it claim to do. Both toes have started to move in the correct position, although slowly, but surely. I believe with a couple of more months of use they will nearly be in perfect and natural position. Having learned a lot from Treatmedy video about the cause & fixes for bunion issues , I have now rethink my shoe size and quality of arch support in shoes. I am determined to avoid having the issue in the future after this fix & correction of bunion issue. I totally recommend this product and will look at Treatmedy’s other products to see which other products can be befitting me.
