Mascarraded as the airline. Trying to book through Southwest. They actually use a Southwest.com url. Asked them why they couldn’t book the whole thing on my gift card. They said “just taxes & fees” for the credit card. Charged $150 for each transaction, still trying to check with the airline to see if my tickets are even legit. Update: After leaving this review, I was finally contacted. They listen to my call and verified I was mislead. They were very apologetic & refunded my funds. It does not appear my tickets, which Southwest did verify and send their own email for (only after contacting the real Southwest), were affected. The manager who called seemed genuine. Hopefully my money does show back up and my tickets are still good when we go in a couple months!

This is a SCAM outfit!! We have 4 tickets Chicago to Vienna on Austrian Airlines for June 2024. Purchased tickets through Lufthansa in June 2023. I called a number for that airline in January 2024 to check on tickets for June. Was put on hold and next “agent” came on and said the Chicago-Vienna leg tickets had been “put on hold” due to “equipment change” and that I’d have pay another $495 per ticket to confirm them! Told them they were full of excrement and reported to Austria Airlines customer service. What I think happened here is that an insider working a legitimate Austria number transferred my call to “Travelomile” to try and make the scam. Travelomile may provide some actual legitimate service, but it is a scam outfit! Beware!!

I had the pleasure of working with Vick, he was extremely patient and helpful. I had booked a trip that needed to be rescheduled due to an expired passport and Vick spent close to 4 hours trying to find a solution for me. I will definitely be calling him again for my future trips!

I was treated with respect and a deep concern for my needs. They were helpful and I would use TravelOmile again without hesitation.

If you are contacted by anyone from Travelomile from New Jersey (732.659.9056) claiming to operate on behalf of Lufthansa Airlines and then requesting surcharges for seats you have already purchased, HANG UP. TOTAL SCAM. They almost got away with $700 from me.

Excellent Service and issue resolution from staff ( specially from -Kelvin and Cairo). I always recommend as its fast and trustworthy service for reservations and cancellation as well.
