Did change reservation. Was NOT UNITED AIRLINE although it had their name as the United Customer Representative & phone when trying to find the phone number to talk directly about a possible change. Asked frequently if they were United & every time yes I am a United Representative. Also when on hold it is the United hold music. Then the person couldn't understand me nor I him. He did so many mis-spellings and errors was pushy to get me to accept. Also lied about giving me Economy Plus seating when my original was canceled and new booked I saw I had the last row going and next to last coming back and it was NOT Economy Plus. BEWARE I have the customer service phone number now after reporting all of this to United Airlines - the real one. Many emails and phone calls I do have a flight verified with United and did my own paying for upgrade to Economy Plus. I am not happy about being duped.

Mascarraded as the airline. Trying to book through Southwest. They actually use a Southwest.com url. Asked them why they couldn’t book the whole thing on my gift card. They said “just taxes & fees” for the credit card. Charged $150 for each transaction, still trying to check with the airline to see if my tickets are even legit. Update: After leaving this review, I was finally contacted. They listen to my call and verified I was mislead. They were very apologetic & refunded my funds. It does not appear my tickets, which Southwest did verify and send their own email for (only after contacting the real Southwest), were affected. The manager who called seemed genuine. Hopefully my money does show back up and my tickets are still good when we go in a couple months!

In purchasing flight flexibility says I can make changes if more than 24 hours from flight departure; however, when I went to change there was an exorbitant fee which when I called said it was due to making changes within 48 hours. Be up front about your rules so when people buy protection they don't get further fine print but you could just say its 48 hours instead of 24 which is a deceitful way to get people to buy flight flexibility. I would give 2 stars but the rep did get me a discount but still unhappy with the deception of marketing team, not his fault the wording is what it is and he did everything he could but this score is for the whole experience - nothing against the rep he really did the best with the bad situation he was handed.

Did not get the price that came up originally. There was nothing he could do about it.

My wife’s seat from msp wasn’t updated when we check in at the terminal, but mine was. Maybe because of some flight change. The other flight seats were fine.
