Creating this account just for this review. The experience is terrible. The initial prices are good but that is it. The customer service is the worst I have ever encountered and they lie and gaslight you into things that never happened or delay "investigations" for weeks with no respect to the customer. I still have not received my deposit back after several weeks and they keep on inventing charges and claims. Shameless behavious. Absolutely the worst type of scammy company. I have now had to file chargebacks with my bank to get my money back to avoid dealing with their terrible customer service. Also I saw that they just added a 5 star review on my behalf on the platform which is fake and seems super shady and scummy.

Very bad and poor management system. Such a irresponsible people handling it. I wont recommend to any of my friends to book room/ properties under this management. Happened with my besties stayed there and kicked out from the unit whilst they’re not there and they dont get any replacement room after being kicked out. The sad part that unit has been paid 6 months prior their checking time for 2 nights! And at the Day they were told their night of stay has been changed to one night only! The CS also is pointless no solution and kept my friend waiting. They changed invoice one sided without confirming. Feel like my friends been cheated by these imposters

We booked an apartment in Tokyo Hub PIK, Jakarta, from 16 june, 2026 to 18 June, 2026. TRAVELIO is a VERY BAD choice for renting apartment. THE MANAGEMENT IS VERY BAD, ATTITUDE IS ZERO. We stayed at TOKYO HUB apartment managed by TRAVELIO, we booked and paid for for 2 nights almost 6 months ago (2025) to secure our place to stay in June 2026. The day we wanted to go and stay, 2 hours before we go to the apartment suddenly from TRAVELIO informed us that they cancelled our apartment. IT'S ABSOLUTELY RUDE AND NO MANNER. We pushed TRAVELIO to get another room for us to stay. What we never expected was they kicked us out without telling us before that only one night stay and no new invoice was given to us. They were so cunning, giving us a new unit without providing a new invoice stating the new apartment unit number and the length of our stay. When we complained to customer service by phone, we were just thrown around, told to wait without any solution. In the end, they sent a WhatsApp message stating that we had received a new apartment unit and that the rental period had been changed, from 2 days to just 1 day! They even threatened to fine us around 1 million rupiah because we didn't check out during the day. They changed the lease unilaterally without confirming with us. They deliberately sold the apartment unit we rented 6 months ago at a low price, to sell it to someone else at a high price. Because on the date of our reservation, there was a large conference, so rental demand in PIK was very high. They were cunning and manipulated us by evicting us in such a way!

IF YOU'RE GONNA LIVE HERE SHORT TERM, DO NOT RECOMMEND i'm a local student who rent accomodation near campus from travelio, and have been renting from them for the past 3 years (going on 4th year), it's always such a hassle to report broken / missing facilities because the technician wouldn't come and always reaching out at uncomfortable timing, even if they did came the problem is rarely fixed on the first visit and it's such a hassle to book a second visit, so i learned to just fix things on my own by calling external help/just buy furniture that i need myself (because i rent long term) by 2nd year of renting from them. in the span of 3 years i have lived in 3 different accomodation (first one for a month, 2nd one for a year, and 3rd one for 2 years (i'm extending the rent yearly)), the first and second one took more than a month to return my security deposit after extensive follow up to their customer service. my 3rd accomodation doesnt even have shades for the window and i have to buy and pay to install it myself, the ac keep leaking, the water heater is also leaking and has no hot water, i got charge for the internet which i got the info from building management that it was a free complementary service! (only 2Mbps) for my 4th year i'm planning to extend (after all the money i pour for this unit ofc it kinda just make sense) for the same accomodation and guess what? they keep telling me that 'the owner' wants to extra charge my booking for no apparent reason, and i look onto my past transaction, turns out in total (with the extra charge) it is almost a 25% raise from the previous year which is unbelievable they keep pushing me to relocate to another unit with (ofc) uncomparable facilities and has been witholding my money for almost 3 weeks! when the process should only take 3 days! unbelievable, please DO NOT RENT HERE!

DO NOT USE THEM If your life depends on it. They are the worst. Anything that breaks after 24 hours is on you. The fridge the AC the windows the door that doesn’t close. Anything. They didn’t refund me by charging crazy interest and penalty on the last electric bill that doesn’t get to me after I left. They said it would be deducted but didn’t tell me they claimed I was late to pay? How could I pay if I was gone. They charged 2% per day and a huge fine. They deducted it from the deposit and so I get half of my deposit. It’s maddening and no one to complain to.

Wouldnt give my deposit back even though i checked beforehand before checkout if they would ,they said yes do not use this site its a borderline a scam Even the room was bad came in fridge was broken requested repairs 5 different times they said we will let you know but then they wouldnt do shit about it theyd just say the same thing ignoring the issue.

I'm writing from Indonesia. This company has a SUPER BAD SERVICE. Bad smell from the stove is all over the room. Many furnitures are broken: cupboard door can't slide, main lamp can't be turned on, bed's spring's broken (can slide down if you lie on the edge of the bed), the clothesline is rusty etc. Dust & hairs are still everywhere when checked in. They only give 1 accesscard. I complained & the staff recleaned the room but the smell won't go away. For the broken furnitures, they just took off the door & lamp. This delayed my check in for 7 hours. No compensation at all.
