Filed a claim due to Covid 19, July 8,2022. No response till now

NCL sells Aon Affinity Travel Practice for Cruise insurance. Don't bother to insure you Cruise with this company. They do require payment for the insurance way before your Cruise starts but if you have a valid reason to file a claim they take their time about processing it. NCL refunded all the excursions we paid for within a few days of cancelling them. NCL also refunded all sales tax and other charges that were their responsibility and not Aon Affinity in less than 30 days. After 30 days I checked the status of our claim and it just says assigned. After 45 days it still said assigned. I called and was told that they have an extremely large amount of claims to process and to give them 30 day to process. I said you already have had 45 days and then I was told to give them another 30 days. We have three other Cruises booked over the next year and a half and we will be cancelling the insurance on those 3 and going with another insurance company. I am sure NCL gets a kickback on insurance policy's sold so you would think NCL would step up and pull some strings for their customers but no. NCL has already got their part so you are on your own. Before you agree to buy Cruise insurance through NCL check the reviews on Aon Affinity and do some research on other Travel Insurance Companies. The reason Aon Affinity did get a 1 Star rating from me is because zero or negative stars are not available.

trip to greece june 28. flight delayed 3 hours. another 2-1/2 hours once we landed. no gate. no agent. another 8 hours on a line to rebook. paid $100 in taxi paid $252 in hotel lost one days hotel and rental car uploaded all receipts and flight information waited 3-1/2 months I am getting reimbursed $100 REALLY what a ripoff

Due to a delayed flight we missed our flight to Dublin and had to spend the night in Philadelphia this was 7 months ago and I have been calling every week for the last 2 months checking in the status of the claim. All I get is that they have a high volume of claims. I don’t know what else I can do to get them to reimburse our hotel bill.

Wish I could give it 0 stars. I filed a claim on 6/21/22 and still waiting to get my money. I broke my ankle a month before the trip. I just called today (10/3/22) and was told to give them another 30 days. NEVER buy AON travel insurance. I don't know why Azamara sells their insurance. No way to escalate to someone. Extremely frustrated.

I paid for added insurance with Road Scholar and AON for a trip to Spain in April, 2022. I contracted Covid and had to isolate for a week. I missed half the trip. I did not see a doctor but Road Scholar had a lab test me for Covid and it was positive. AON is refusing to reimburse me and Road Scholar said that if I was not happy with their insurance I could buy my own. Not helpful at all. This is a huge scam and others are getting the same treatment. Beware Road Scholar and AON. They do not honor their committment.

We purchase AON Travel Insurance through Prncess Cruises and we always purchase the "Cancel for any reason". First time we were only able to receive Future Cruise credits which was ok with us sense we cruise alot. Second time was for a health problem that wife was hospitalized and we received part FCC and part cash. No problems either time and we found AON easy to deal with.

5 months and still waiting on our reimbursement! I think AON does everything they can possible do to avoid paying you. Not sure why Royal Caribbean would even associate themselves with them. Certainly does not make me want to utilize RCC anymore. We keep getting the run around and every person you talk to has opposing information. We have supplied all the requested information and now they want medical records? Isn't that a HIPPA violation> It's absolutely ridiculous.
