Tour guides very knowledgeable, comfortable accommodations, good food. All places visited in St Petersburg were fantastic. It needs some review on the tour cities included with Moscow

Crew, food, entertainment, tours,hotels and rooms were first class except for one item, the wi-fi charge. We enjoyed every aspect of the tour.

We booked all our five days via Travel All Russia. We had a wonderful guide and drivers, saw everything we wanted to see. Our guide was terrific and knowledgeable and knew shortcuts in and out of crowded places. I worked with the agency to prepare our itinerary. There was one meal we didn't love and one touristy folk show, but I had picked them! Great service; great time.

Initially we were a bit concerned about the way in which our tours were arranged, but slowly but surely we gained confidence that the scheduling and capabilities of the agency and their contractors was first class.

I was very happy with the trip! The only complaint I have is not being introduced to my fellow travellers by name when meeting( after the golden triangle) in Moscow in the lobby. It would help to have a name tag at the beginning ,or maybe meet over a drink or dinner the night before. You also should have send the invoice for the extra in Moscow to my email and not ask the tour guide to collect the money , it made it quite uncomfortable for both of us Liked the choice of hotels/transport .

We had a wonderful trip. I would definitely rate it as one of the top 5 tours that we took in the past ten years. Everyone was on time and everything worked smoothly. The guides were very knowledgeable and were extremely helpful. All the hotels we stayed in were very good and they are all centrally located within walking distance of many sightseeing venues. Every detail related to our program, including all necessary timings, was clearly spelled out in our itinerary. We had enough free time to explore other sights on our own. Before we started our trip, Travel All Russia facilitated in getting multiple-entry tourist visas to Russia for us without any stress. Overall, it was a great tour that was well executed.

I am a Russian teacher and have been taking students to Russia 12 times in the past 28 years. The hotels, their central location, the food and tour guides were by far the best with Travel all Russia. Our experience totally exceeded our expectations. Being able to walk to the Kremlin in Moscow and one street fro Nevski Prospect in St. Petersburg made our free time that much more exciting and fun. The breakfasts were wonderful and the 5 course meals wonderfully Russian. The sights were amazing and the guides' comments were interesting and insightful. People were friendly and kind.
