decent product. Incompetent customer service. Couldn’t use it for two weeks after receiving it.
This is a great product but I wasn’t shipped everything I needed to use it the first time. I contacted your customer support team to determine which items were missing and after waiting several more days and paying for additional items I only received one of the two things necessary to use the product. I had to make yet another purchase from your customer support team and wait several more days before I can finally use the expensive Trailer Valet product I originally purchased. Decent product. My experience was completely ruined by your confusing product descriptions and multiple incompetent customer service representatives.
