Thank you for your interest in Trailer Valet. We apologize that your RVR3 purchase was missing a spanner wrench. We pride ourselves in customer service so we further looked into this issue. It looks like on 7/14 we received a tracking number from you and on 7/15 customer service responded that the warehouse would inspect the unit and issue a refund. We emailed you a refund invoice on 7/27. Please let us know if that invoice never reached you and we’d be happy to send it again. We try our best in getting back to each customer as soon as we can but due to the coronavirus, we are experiencing longer processing times with both customer service and warehouse. Was there a reason why you didn’t want to continue to use the jack if the hand crank worked out for you? To prevent gunning your drill, we recommend starting slowly, then upping the speed by gently pressing down on the trigger. It seems that you mentioned that your trailer was too heavy for the wheel dolly. We always try to help our customers figure out what the issue is first, and if they still want a refund, we create a refund label for the item to get shipped back. It looks like your refund was approved on 6/8/2020, and you created your own label to ship back. We received your unit on 6/19/2020 and the refund was issued and processed on 6/25/2020. On 7/10/2020 we sent another copy of your refund invoice after getting an email on 7/9/2020 that you never received the refund.
