My Trailer Valet is a great help especially in the tight confines of my driveway. I've got to remember, after removing the crank, to put it where it will not get lost. It would be nice to be able to stand up straight when using my Trailer Valet.

Very nice don’t like to have to bend over to operate ball want to come loose from trailer even after tightening with wrench had to us hammer to get very tight still wanted to loosen may need to add support rod for more stability but I like the concept but need to make more upright operation for smaller/weight units if you make one to fit my unit please send me information on please 👍

The trailer valet performed as advertised, but it had trouble moving my small (21ft) travel trailer on my slightly sloping driveway. Also the handle/brake lever needs a solid detent/locking feature when fully extended. On more than one occasion, while I was using a power drill to move/crank the trailer valet (move the trailer), the brake engaged and the drill spun and I thought I might have broken my wrist. Fairly painful. Other than that it was fine....

It does slip a lot on a loaded trailer and the drill attachment doesn’t work like it’s claimed. I would buy it again but at a cheaper price.

Good product does what it meant to do. Only way I could hook up and store boat in garage by myself. Continue to work on product to allow for more grip on different surfaces. Glad I purchased product.

Needed an inner tube. Showed up on time although the repair was not as simple as the videos I was able to find suggest. Wasn't something I would recommend for anyone not tool/ repair savvy. They must have several axle types so not knowing the one u have can be a detriment.You will also need to know how to break a chain without the aid of a chain breaker tool.also a good pair of snap ring pliers are needed, If you don't have some of these tools, it may be easier and cheaper to have it done.

I really like being able to use the trailer valet. It was easy to install an easy to use. I have a 20 foot fiberglass boat which is very heavy and I need to park it in a very very small space. It was easy to manipulate my boat into the space however when I got to the very teeny tiny step-up in my garage the tires were slipping terribly. It was very dry when I did this and had to reconnect my boat to my truck push it up over the step-up. I think it would be good if the tires were all terrain type of tires something with more traction that might have helped.

Great tool. The only thing lacking is the ability to raise and lower onto the tow vehicle... just a thought, not a sermon... ;-)
