Hello Mark! We hope all is well with you during these times. We want to start off by apologizing for this entire situation regarding the 5X unit. We take full responsibility and we send our deepest apologies. Our container with all the 5X units was delayed for a week and when we finally got the container due to another order we had to fill, we ended up with not enough units to ship out. This is not an excuse because we take full accountability, but this is what occurred. We let customers know if they were not able to wait until our new ship date in December then the order would be cancelled and you would be refunded. But if you were to be ok with waiting we were throwing in a free drill attachment for being so patient with us. I hope this clears up anything confusion or concerns for you. Hi William, Thank you for your interest in Trailer Valet. We always recommend that our customers review the manual before installing and using our product. We recommend that our tire pressures are set to 82-83 psi to prevent any damages to the inner tires. In this case, if there is insufficient air in the tires, the valve stem will move out, causing it to get caught and ultimately tear. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you. Our flat rate shipping is $5 for each part, which came to your total for the number of parts you purchased. If you need the tires immediately, you can check to see if our partners have any in stock, and you can cancel your order with us. We will issue your refund. Thank you again for your understanding.

As the email stated, on the 14th we were supposed to have these all shipped out to customers but unfortunately there was another delay in getting the units shipped and that we apologize for. We should have sent another email to update customers as yourself and we do take accountability for this. Your 5X unit will be shipped out today Monday 9-21-20 and you will be provided tracking information. We once again apologize for this miscommunication and extended delay on your order. Hi Robert, Thank you for considering Trailer Valet for your trailer needs. We appreciate your feedback and have looked into your issue. It looks like your order was shipped out on 9/15/2020. The XL Pro assembled usually takes a little longer than the XL Pro shipped out without the assembly. Because the assembled unit requires a different commercial delivery, you should be getting a call from the carrier to schedule a time for delivery. We are so grateful for your patience and understanding. Please also check your spam folder as your tracking info was sent already went the unit was shipped out (Roadrunner PRO# 481081446 ).
