Customer service is outstanding. I lost the handle to my Valet. When I called, they were so helpful and responsive. After ordering the replacement, (came the next day!) I decided to order a spare. They called to make sure it wasn’t a mistaken duplicate order. Not a huge deal but speaks to their attentiveness to the customer.

Product came as expected... My Trailer Valet is unfortunately useless since I cannot find a 2” ball at this point.

Bought an electric drill adapter for the crank style trailer valet. Works great.

Easy enough to install. Works well. But be careful to lift the brake handle all the way up before moving trailer. and keep it up during use. Otherwise there is extreme counter rotation on the drill and can cause wrist injury. Otherwise, great product and would recommend.
