Hello there, Thanks for your feedback. All of our products are rated on a flat, even surface. We can't guarantee it will work on all surfaces, but we've definitely seen customers achieve this when all factors are aligned (i.e., enough tongue weight on the unit). Feel free to reach out to our support team anytime - they can get a good gauge of your particular situation and help troubleshoot. Thanks again!

Hi Robert, I'm sorry if the manual wasn't clear. We have videos on our website that may help. I'm happy to hear the unit is working out for you.

Hello! Thank you for the feedback. We typically don't recommend two dollies, but instead would suggest our Wheel Dollies to get your dual-axle trailer to mimic a single-axle trailer, making it much easier to move with one of our trailer movers. In any case, please reach out to our support team ([email protected]) to see how we can help! We want to make sure you've got the optimal set up to make moving much easier.

Thanks for the feedback, Steve! If you have the 5X, it could potentially be over its capacity. Feel free to reach out to our support team if you have any questions. We're happy to help! ([email protected])
