Trailer ValetReviews of trailervalet.com

My Trailer Valet has allowed me to move my trailer with ease into some tight spots both on and off grass. I’m not a spring chicken. I love my Trailer Valet👍

Excellent customer service! I can’t recommend these guys highly enough!

I own a 18 foot Hewes Redfisher and when bought, I was quickly notified by our HOA to move the boat to storage or park it on the side of the house. I initially had it stored in a nearby storage facility at 172.00 a month. I then had matching pavers to my driveway ran down the side of the house.( cheaper then 172.00 a month!) being that you only have inches to spare either hit the house or run off the side with a 12 inch drop off. I could not use my truck to make the tight turn without the above problems. I initially bought a 3 wheeled push dolly but very quickly found out that my age and disabilities made this push impossible! I started researching all trailer dollies from high priced electric dollies to push dollies. I even thought of trying to make one. One search of highest rated trailer dollies brought me to trailer valet. I looked over their models, watched You tube videos and then I contacted their customer support and spoke with Aaron who was amazing. He even advised that I buy the next smaller unit which mounts to the trailer at a substantial lower cost but here in Florida that would last seconds at the boat ramp before it disappeared. I bought the 500 XL. It arrived packaged very securely by UPS on the scheduled day. Instructions made it very easy for the easy assembly. I will honestly say it will take a time or 2 to get used to it, but this tow dolly was a God send! Works amazing, turns are unbelievable and made of high quality material! Pulls and pushes my boat and trailer with ease! I’m a 60 year old disabled Firefighter with Failed neck fusions and all problems that goes with failed neck surgery as well as both knees bad which are inoperable. So hopefully you’ll see If it helps me it WILL help you! If only this thing could help me catch more fish! Lol. I’ll be shooting a video and sending it to their customer service to post to show all of you what a great dolly this is. Customer service is second to none as well!.....David

would have bought two more and recommended to my friends but never will buy another anjd tell my friends that your company sucks. Outrageous for picturing the drill adapter but not including the adapter and then charging 50 dollars for the bit plus shiping. Shame on your company for cheating people for a few extra bucks. Hope you are out of business soon, even though you had a product that should be sucessful....but there will be other companies selling the same product.

We love our trailer valet that allows me to get our trailer in next to our house. It's very tight and I would have cut down a BEAUTIFUL blue spruce tree if I didn't have it. The 2 5/16 ball really helps to connect the dolly to the hitch instead of using the adapter. Thanks for shipping so fast and including that washer plate with the new ball.

The Trailer Valet XL does everything it claims it will and some. I’m Donna’s husband and it has ELIMINATED the stressful evolution of backing the Airstream under the canopy. Thank you. I choose not to get the recommended right angle drill and I do believe it’s a good recommendation now that I used a straight drill.
