After 2.5 months of passing an account, I was told I failed it, the reason being that I breached their rules, which rule they wouldn't say, and after telling them I have proof that I didn't breach any rule, they stopped responding to my tickets. Any company that makes chats only one way (meaning you can't have a dialogue with them) GUYS, PLEASE NOTE, THAT'S A RED FLAG. Any company that does promos back-to-back with a lot of people complaining about payouts (a friend passed his funded account, and after waiting 75 days, he was denied his payout), guys take note, that's a fraudulent company. TradexMastery is just a Ponzi scheme waiting to collapse. Better companies exist, like F-T-M-O. You can remove the hyphen to get the company name. They have a wayyyyy better rating, and I'm looking to save funds to get on board with them after these frauds wasted my time.

I bought numerous accounts and I finally got funded once I initiated my first withdrawal in September and It took two months to get my money where it states that it takes 21 business days which is disappointing itself because that’s a long time but also to be inconsistent and not reliable with timing. I decided to give them one more chance thinking they will be reliable with timing and I initiated my second withdrawal in November and it’s now basically March and I still don’t have my withdrawal approved. Highly do not recommend, they will load your emails up with promos for you to buy accounts, but they take months and months for you to get your withdrawal approved. When you try to contact support, it’s a AI generated customer service and now they updated it where they’ll close down your conversation because you have a open ticket prior to the same issue but they close that ticket as well. So now it’s basically no customer contact. Please be aware before you give them your money.

Estafa Total No creáis nada de los comentarios donde dicen que si han cobrado. Está empresa es una Estafa. Somos un grupo de Valencia que entramos mucha gente de golpe a trabajar con ellos ya que veníamos de otro copytrading. Yo en concreto si hice un retiro de 300 dólares...pero ahí está el engaño. El modo de esta gentuza de operar es el siguiente. Saben que el 90% de la gente que compra challenger nunca llega a retirar, y juegan con ese dinero. En el momento que pasas alguna cuenta y haces un retiro, pequeño y si tienes suerte que te lo paguen. A partir de ahí ya todo son historias. Pasas la segunda fase y te dicen que has incumplido alguna norma, que te hacen una oferta para que compres otro, bla bla...pero a mí en concreto me deben Dos cuentas de 25k fondeadas que nunca me dieron. Aunque ahora ya sabemos que eso da igual, NO PAGAN A NADIE, ES UNA ESTAFA. En nuestro grupo hay más de 10 personas esperando retiros, que sumados todos es mucho dinero, desde Diciembre esperando. Y ahora meses despues ,desde soporte te dicen que te bloquean la cuenta por qué incumples no se que norma, se las van inventando y mientras tanto siguen engañando a gente. Vamos a entrar en todos los foros para asegurarnos que está gentuza no engañe a más gente. Además hemos puesto una demanda colectiva para ver hasta donde podemos llegar. Solo con que pudiéramos conseguir que cerraran y no engañarán a más gente,suficiente, aunque por lo que sabemos estás empresas cambian de nombre y siguen haciendo lo mismo. Os aconsejo trabajéis con empresas de las conocidas,las de siempre, son más caros los Challengers pero no tienes ni gun problema.

This is the 2nd review I am writing in a month. This company is a bunch of scam artists. They pretended to anser my questions on instagram but would not contact me on their website. I have repeatedly asked to speak to someone via email or over the phone and they dance around it. I passed a funded account very easily and followed all the rules. These @$$holes “Failed” my account because I used to many IP addresses. Just another excuse on their part to fail and not pay people their money. Everyone reading this review please save your time and money and go else where. I know multiple now that this has happened to. This company is fraudulent and awful.

You pass the challenge and they’ll find an excuse for you not to get a withdrawal. Claiming you are copy trading without any evidence is absolute bullshit. Never giving this company a penny again.

I bought an instant account from them, managed to be profitable and on the chat they said they going to process my balance in 10 business day if its less then 1000 dollars. I withdraw 700 dollars. 10 working days passed, nothing. Texted them, this time they said its 21 business days. 21 business days passed I wrote them again. Sorry for delay, we will proceed in 30 days. Now is over 2 months passed, still didn't get anything. I have open ticket with them so I can't open a new one to discuss this further. And they closed the chat area on the open ticket saying that they will contact me. Never happened. I cant even answer. Dont waste your money with them!

I sent a withdrawal request to Tradex Mastery more than a month ago, but I still have not received any response. The status always shows "pending." I also tried to contact them through email and support tickets, but their automatic system keeps saying the amount is wrong, even though I entered the correct amount for my inquiry. I purchased more than 10 funded accounts, passed first time the challenges successfully, and then requested a withdrawal. However, I have not received my payment. I feel very disappointed and believe this may be a scam. My recommendation is to be careful and think twice before buying any challenge from Tradex Mastery. Thank you.
