I have been trading with TradeXMastery for a while and have purchased multiple accounts with them over time. I have also received two successful payouts previously, which is why the current situation is concerning. My latest withdrawal request for $2,654 was submitted on 2 December. According to TradeXMastery’s own policy, payouts are processed within 21 business days. This timeframe has now been exceeded by a considerable margin. I have contacted support several times regarding this. The responses have been polite, however the explanation has remained the same — the withdrawal is currently under review by internal departments such as the risk team and accounting team, and no estimated timeframe for completion has been provided. At this stage, I am simply requesting transparency and a clear timeline for when this payout will be processed. Having previously received payouts from the firm, I hope this situation can be resolved and that the withdrawal will be honoured without further delay. I will update this review if the payout is processed.

I am sharing my experience with TradeXMastery for transparency so other traders can make informed decisions. I successfully completed a funded account and submitted a payout request on December 12, 2025 for $10,200.80. Support informed me that withdrawals may take up to 30 business days, which I respected and waited for. The 30th business day was January 27, 2026. Instead of receiving the payout, my request was rejected after the extended waiting period and several violations were suddenly listed at once: • Copy trading (26%) • Shared IP addresses (5) • HFT / scalping (10%) • Margin / overleveraging breach Following this decision, my trading account was marked as breached and blocked, and I was informed that if I wanted to continue trading I would need to purchase another account. I formally disputed these claims and requested detailed evidence including: • Trade IDs and timestamp comparisons supporting the copy trading claim • IP address logs supporting the shared IP claim • The trades classified as HFT and the duration thresholds used • The mathematical calculation supporting the alleged margin breach For transparency about my trading: • I trade manually and alone from home • I do not use VPS • I do not use signal services or copy trading • My position size was consistently 0.1 lot • My strategy is manual scalping, which naturally produces a higher number of trades According to the platform statistics: • Total trades: 807 • Profit generated: $10,210.80 • Win rate: about 90% • Average trade duration: about 8 minutes Because I am a scalper, a higher number of trades per day is expected. However, an 8-minute average trade duration does not match typical high-frequency trading (HFT), which usually involves trades executed and closed within seconds or milliseconds. Despite requesting detailed evidence, more than five days have passed without any response or supporting documentation, only the original rejection message referencing general terms and conditions. Additionally, after the payout rejection, my account access was blocked, which prevents me from fully reviewing my own trade history while the allegations remain unsubstantiated. Rejecting a payout after the waiting period, listing multiple violations simultaneously, closing the trade account, and then asking me to purchase another account without providing verifiable proof raises serious concerns about transparency and fairness. I am documenting this case carefully and will update this review with any evidence or response provided by TradeXMastery. If the company can provide clear trade-level logs, timestamp comparisons, IP records, and rule calculations supporting the alleged violations, I am fully willing to review them and update this review for transparency. At the moment, I am still waiting for a proper response.

Quiero compartir mi experiencia con TardexMastery de manera respetuosa, pero también expresar mi inconformidad con la gestión de los retiros. Logré aprobar la cuenta de fondeo 1-Step, cumpliendo con los objetivos establecidos. Posteriormente, solicité mi primer retiro el 22/10/2025 después de haber alcanzado el profit requerido. Después de aproximadamente 3 meses de espera, en enero de 2026 recibí la respuesta de que mi retiro había sido rechazado debido a una operación que realicé. Entiendo y acepto que en ese momento mis fondos ya no eran suficientes para realizar el retiro, ya que abrí una operación que terminó en negativo y por ello el monto disponible para retirar se redujo. Luego de eso, volví a operar y nuevamente obtuve los beneficios necesarios para poder solicitar un retiro. El 05/01/2026 volví a solicitar el retiro, incluso solicitando solo el 60% del profit que había generado, es decir, no pedí la totalidad del monto disponible para retirar. Desde entonces mis fondos permanecen exactamente iguales y no he recibido el pago. He tratado de mantener la cuenta activa realizando algunas operaciones para evitar que sea cerrada por inactividad. También he creado varios tickets de soporte, y la única respuesta que recibo es que el caso “ya fue escalado al departamento de contabilidad”. Además, según la propia información de la empresa, el primer retiro se procesa en aproximadamente 21 días laborables. Sin embargo, desde el 05/01/2026 hasta la fecha (09/03/2026) ya han pasado ampliamente los días establecidos y aún no recibo ninguna respuesta clara ni el pago correspondiente, a pesar de que constantemente dejo mensajes para mantener el ticket activo. Actualmente la situación es aún más preocupante porque ya no puedo abrir operaciones: cuando intento operar, la plataforma indica que no está permitido, lo cual me deja sin posibilidad de gestionar la cuenta ni mis fondos. Mi intención con esta reseña no es atacar, sino advertir sobre mi experiencia real. Considero que una prop firm debe cumplir con sus procesos de retiro de manera clara y en tiempos razonables. En mi caso, después de varios meses de espera, tickets abiertos y falta de respuestas concretas, no he podido recibir mi dinero. Espero sinceramente que la empresa pueda revisar este caso y brindar una solución, pero por mi experiencia actual no puedo recomendar esta prop firm.

My experience with Tradex Mastery – Timeline • I purchased several challenge accounts during 2025. • I successfully completed one challenge and requested a payout of $8,550. • The payout was initially approved. • After this, the payout was reversed following what was described as a “secondary compliance review.” • During the review process several different reasons were mentioned. • When I asked for the specific trades or calculations that allegedly breached their rules, I was told the system used to determine this is proprietary and they cannot provide screenshots or raw data. • For transparency I provided screenshots of the trades executed during the payout period and asked them to identify the exact trade that violated their rules. • No specific trade violation was identified. • Instead of resolving the payout dispute, I was offered another challenge account. I believe traders should carefully review the rules and understand that payout decisions may rely on internal systems that are not disclosed to traders.

My payout was denied under Section 10.3.10 because the company claims their software detected that my trades occurred within 60 seconds of other users, which they classify as “replicated behavior.” This accusation is both unreasonable and unfounded. My trades are placed independently based entirely on my own analysis and strategy. The company has provided no actual evidence that I participated in copy trading—only the claim that my trade timing was similar to others. In active markets, it is completely normal for multiple traders to enter positions around the same time when reacting to the same price action or technical signals. Treating this as proof of rule violations is a deeply flawed and unfair standard. What makes the situation even more concerning is that I used the exact same strategy and trading approach to pass the challenge and become funded in the first place. At that time, there was no issue with my trading behavior. Now, when it comes time to pay out profits, the company suddenly claims that the same activity violates their rules. This inconsistency raises serious concerns about whether these rules are being applied fairly or simply used as a justification to deny payouts. The company appears to be making accusations based on assumptions rather than verifiable proof. Simply detecting that traders entered positions around the same time does not demonstrate coordinated copy trading. If that standard were applied consistently, it would implicate a large portion of their user base who naturally react to the same market conditions. This raises an important question: am I being singled out, or are all traders who happen to trade around similar times being denied payouts as well? If the latter were true, it would expose a systemic issue in how the company enforces its rules. If not, then the selective enforcement of this policy is equally troubling. Either way, denying payouts based on such vague and speculative reasoning undermines the integrity and credibility of the platform.
