After signing all the documents, I asked to be put on do not call list. Agents continued to contact me 6-7 times a day. When I picked up and asked them to stop calling, I was hung up on. Terrible persistent aggressive telemarketing. The tax service itself is great. The aggressive telemarketing is unnecessary and aggravating.

Getting my taxes updated

Life happens, often at times when you least expect it. One debt I was always taught to avoid is tax debt. Unfortunately, I fell head first into this trap. Receiving notifications from the IRS made my heart skip a beat. I had no clue as to what to do. One day, I just so happened to be in my email and saw a message from TRA. I wasn't sure if I should arrange something with the IRS on my own, or get assistance. Not knowing what to do? I began asking around, and performing Google, and BBB searches. TRA was in the top 5 so I assumed that to be a good thing. I had a choice to make, get help or call the IRS and hope for the best. Later that day, I received a call from a gentleman by the name of Matt Sheridan. He introduced himself as being from TRA. He began to ask me questions regarding my situation. He was able to put my mind at ease. He informed me that I was not in a unique situation the likes he had never seen before. This was all great news. We discussed the plans that they offer, and the steps necessary for the road ahead. He gave me time to think about what we had discussed, and to reach a decision. We got back in touch and moved ahead with getting the process rolling. The initial investment was very affordable. Matt is truly a God send. He has made this process very stress free. He has also been a phone call or text message away when ever I need(ed) him. He has also been very understanding and empathetic to my situation. Affiliating myself with TRA so far has been the best decision. If you are in a situation involving tax debt, I recommend you giving TRA a try. Hopefully you are blessed enough to have Matt on the other end of the phone.
