I was wrongfully terminated from this job. I had an animal pass away in a horrific way where I had to take him to be cremated. The manager Eli told me that I had to be there at 9 AM or else I would be terminated. I could not leave a dead body unattended. This company would rather you work yourself into your grave. My performance was great, but the fact that the manager is extremely inappropriate when he speaks with his team members has no type of empathy and says OK your animal died but you still need to come in after I explained to him, I could not leave a dead body here and it is my spiritual belief to get a cremated. I talked with HR and I had asked them. How would they have liked me to handle that situation? What did they want me to do with the dead body if they wanted me to continue to work until I had free time to take it up and HR just said I can’t tell you. She just kept saying well it’s just a pet. We saw it on your Snapchat story I asked her to put herself in my shoes and she said yeah that would suck, but it was just a pet. It’s not like I was trying to take a personal day. I had to transport a dead body. It wasn’t fun for me.The recruiters will lie to you when they try to get you to work there telling you it is a great environment but as soon as they get off the phone with you, they sit there and complain about their job and how much they hate it there. If you want to work with actual intelligent people in management I would not work for this company. They just lie to you.

Worst company ever, Phone calls everyday E mails everyday for the last 3 years never ends, I really can't give a date of experience like I said everyday for 3 years, a thousand missed calls from Loveland OH!!

I submitted a carrier packet and was told by them that they will never work with my authority. Even though I've never carried for them. They refused to give a reason or give me anumbet of someone I could call to find out how to fix it. Heck, it could be someone else used my authority # and screwed it up for me...

I wish I could give -10 stars - brokers are very rude - low ball pricing - no manners - refuse to pay fees when staying long hours to wait on services at site - refuse to pay high fairy fees - take advantage of new MCs

As a newcomer to the owner-operator trucking industry, my experience with TQL has significantly adversely affected my perception of my work. They appropriate a substantial portion of the earnings generated from my efforts. I operate my truck, purchase fuel, and pay tolls, yet they remain at home or in their offices, claiming a large percentage and providing minimal compensation.

We are a carrier and they scammed our company for $7000+ of deliveries we did for them. They have the nastiest team who has no idea about load deliveries and you can't prove them anything. They keep telling that the load was late or the trailer was not clean or had a flat tire without any proof whatsoever. We could not get our hard earned money back.

My vendor used TQL to ship my order. After waiting 6 business days on a shipment that was supposed to be delivered in 3, I contacted their CSR. I was informed that the trailer coming to our area wasn't a full load so it was shipped via rail. The 3 day quote we got was turned into 7 days when they did that but we still have to pay for the 3 day quote. I said so to save a few bucks, you hurt your customers. He didn't have a response. I informed my vendor to never use TQL for my shipments in the future
