TQLReviews of tql.com

I contacted TQL for assistance with a specialized load that needed to be transported from WA to FL and back for a trade show. This was my first time doing this, and I had a lot of questions & concerns. Adric Garnett was a pleasure to work with - he listened to my concerns and requirements and came up with solutions and suggestions on how to make this happen. Our load was collected in good time, delivered on time, and then collected at the required time. Adric updated me each day regarding the location of the truck. He was my sole point of contact, and was reachable whenever I had questions. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Adric again for future freight haulage needs.

I’ve had a couple of questionable experiences, but every broker has a different personality. People are more prone to complain then give praise so for me: two bad experiences out of 120 loads is exceptional! And TQL can’t be responsible for customers who cancel. The customer is always right! Dear TQL: I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for your company and your invaluable assistance in helping me run my business smoothly. Thanks to you, I am never out of work. Your communication is exceptional, your system is flawless, and you always have time for my rookie questions! I want to wish you a very happy holidays. I truly couldn’t do this without you. God bless. Warm regards, Joshua Doyel Godspeed

Best broker to work with

I have used TQL quite often over the past year or so. My contact has been Sam Titus. He has kept to the cost quoted, kept me updated on the eta for the driver on both pick up and delivery side. Quick to respond when I reach out thru email. I have not had any issues using this company.

We had a serious issue with another freight company. They agreed, driver refused for no reason and then tried to double charge us. Our seller recommended TQL, they contacted us and set on an agreed amount right away. Our product arrived on time with the best service. All around couldn't be pleased with their service and price. Thanks so much for all of your help!
