Honestly i will give them 3 star being a dispatcher there two things which they need to have improve one thing they always use to put a fall out on the cancelation of load they have to remove it and second they need to have improve their rate they are very cheap in rates mostly carriers work with them until they are not getting loads from other brokers

A good thing and a bad thing. Bad thing: Being a dispatcher, it's not good for box truck loads, worst rates in the market, just good for their own. Good thing: They give loads to new MCs most of the time, which other brokerage companies don't.
