Hi Hannah, We’re really sorry to hear that Mosquito TNT didn’t work out for you. We understand how disappointing it is to invest in a seasonal supply and not get the experience you were hoping for. We also appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback. We’d like to look into what happened with your setup and see if there’s anything we can do to help. We’ll be reaching out to you directly. Best regards, Tougher Than Tom Customer Care Team

Hi Frank, Thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you’ve found Mosquito TNT effective, and we appreciate you giving us a heads-up about your experience. We also understand the frustration around the refill availability. Mosquito activity has been unusually high, and as a small family-owned company, we unfortunately fell short on inventory due to the demand. We know it’s disappointing when you’re ready to stock up and the refills aren’t available. We appreciate your honest feedback and your suggestion regarding future promotions. We’ll be reaching out directly to see what options we can offer. Best regards, Tougher Than Tom Customer Care Team
