Total Wine & MoreReviews of totalwine.com

Where in the world the price of the beer is so high. They sell non alcoholic beer for 13 dollars and the regular beer for 34 dollars. Who they think are? Someone must report to the authority and give them a huge ticket to pay

I went in the store thinking I could find Kopparberg Strawberry Lime Cider since it was advertised in stock at a store nearby. They didn't have it so I asked if they had anything similar. The girl recommended Austin Eastciders, any flavor. Not only is this NOT similar, it is disgusting! If the employees don't know, they should say so. Stop trying to make a sale no matter what. I just wasted $12 and 20 minutes of my time on complete garbage. And the store just lost a customer because I will never go back there.

Every time I go into the store close to my house the man working in the wine and champagne section just keeps harassing me over which selections to make. I try to hide from him but he is always there. It is the West U store. He just wants me to buy his selections which are all horrible. I now order online just to avoid this man. Total Wine is becoming like Specs and trying to push certain bottles. So annoying , beware of this man.

Orders NOT delivered in provided time slots, they just forget. Customer service "Clueless & Rude" We'll be switching to some other vendor. AWFUL!!

Awful awful customer service. Placed an order on line for delivery. Delivery never came- store “claimed “ they tried to deliver- was home the entire time. Nothing on the app or text. NEVER ordering from them again!!

This is about their website. They continually require you to "prove you are not a bot"? and then when you do they continue to ask you to repeat the procedure multiple times with no end. I thought they were in the business to sell wine. I guess I was wrong: they just want to P Off their customers. Mission accomplished! wake TFU management!

The worker was very rude when talking to us when we asked a question she got very nasty with her words. Very bad customer service by the so called manager. She need to be fired. Racist people.

I stopped in to get a couple of wine boxes to safely move a collection of wine I had previously purchased. A cashier was very helpful and assisted me in selecting boxes that would work perfectly. However, as I was leaving the store, I was stopped by another employee who told me I could only take the boxes if I made a purchase. I explained that I was already a customer, but she dismissed that entirely. She then offered alternative boxes that were completely unsuitable. Ultimately, she took the boxes away, and I left empty-handed. I walked across the street to Specs, where they were more than happy to provide as many quality boxes as I needed—no hassle, no attitude. Needless to say, Specs has earned my business going forward. Unfortunately, this experience reflects a clear lack of customer-focused service at Total Wine, and I won’t be returning.
