Total Watch RepairReviews of totalwatchrepair.com

Simple process of obtaining a general quotation, followed by a firm quote of repairs, with prompt repair and return shipment. Watch is clean, polished and performing as new.

Great price and quick turnaround. Watch looks wonderful and works well.

Great service!!!

This was my second experience with Total Watch Repair and service and response was excellent again. They keep the customer very well informed with status. Turnaround time was better than advertised and fast.

Everything involving getting my watch repaired happened as quoted no delays and the price was reasonable. I sent my watch in, tracked delivery, got a quote, and it was fixed and sent back to me right away within 5 days of prepaying for repair!

So far so good, my Rolex runs so much better. Keeps very good time. The only thing that really disappointed me was that the UPS delivery was not sent with adult signature required, i was informed that there is a check box to us ASR when using UPS, being that these are expensive watches they should all have Adult Signature Required without a check box!!

I have mailed several watches for service from battery change to movement replacement and I have always been satisfied with the service. The communication is excellent and turn around time is always quick. I highly recommend to anyone with a watch repair.

I have taken this watch to the local jeweler and they told me to take it back to the manufacturer for repair. I have looked on the web for a firm and came across this firm that claims to repair these type of watches. It was an old watch and had to look up the value on EBay to see if the watch was worth repairing. After several emails with them on instructions on how to ship the item and pay for the service, it came back repaired. My wife loves the watch as it brings back memories of the original owner of the watch. She says that it keeps good time and sparkles from the special cleaning that the watch received. Thank you so much for keeping the memory alive for her and for me.
