There is no effective warranty. Runaround. Avoid at all costs. And they failed 😞

I purchased set of 4 lights from them . I was sent used lights from them . Terrible customer service

Had 2 bad bulbs TorchStar up healed warranty.

I bought about 68 light fixtures, and the light quality has been very dependable. Used them for 3 different lights fixtures, Spots, Pathway and Hardscape ones. They look great and availability and pricing are also great. I highly recommend them.

3 year warranted bulbs. 2 of 6 bulbs began flickering within less than a year. Customer service said i had to send them back at my expense. I will simply buy another manufacturer bulb.

Horrible customer service, lights burn out and collect condensation.

Buyer beware! This company provides the worst and most frustrating customer service imaginable. Don't even think about getting a refund. They'll find various reasons not to accept a return, provide postage or issue a credit. You'll be left with either a non-refundable product or a refusal to issue a credit on a return. Besides delivery being delayed, they actually fight you on a return, issuing a credit or accommodating you. I've never dealt with a worse company!

Paid $125 for expedited shipping 10 days before Halloween. They took my money, put it on ground, didn't answer my please and delivered after the event which needed the expensive equipment. NEVER AGAIN
