TORCHSTAR - Light Fixtures WholesalerReviews of torchstar.us

The process of obtaining warranty replacement on my light fixtures was handled so well, and so professionally by Italia. She made the entire process so easy and successful.

Quick to respond. Was very eager to please. Found a quick solution. Fantastic service.

Ruby the customer service representative was so helpful. I was looking to match a existing fixture with no luck online. With Ruby's guidance we were able to find the exact one and get it ordered.

I just wanted to say how great my rep,Itialia was during this process! She was great! Very helpful and accommodating! You need to keep her!

I have noticed from Amazon the customer experience could have a less positive experience than if ordered directly from the supplier (in spite of the savings) and it certainly held true this time. First the product. Many reputable online reviews overall choice in outdoor floodlight fixtures is the LeonLite Security Light. They are right. The sleek clean look and superb quality are a thing of beauty, even when mounted on either side of the front door instead of more traditional decorative outside fixtures. My front door now has the blessing of (along with my Google Nest Doorbell Camera) two amazing LeonLite Cob Led Security Flood Lights. I am well protected. The electrician even commented how good they look. They function as advertised beautifully even on medium beam. Secondly customer service. Italia, LeonLite & Touchstar, when contacted online about one missing screw cover cap responded with grace and clarity. Within 24 hours of contact I have a tracking number for it's delivery. Thank you LeonLite and Italia for a truly breath of fresh air experience!

Our company enjoys using Torchstar. Quick, reliable service. We pick up our orders and its always a great experience. Ruby is very helpful!
