Top Tier Moving GroupReviews of toptiermovinggroup.com

What a wonderful company! They helped me make my very stressful move from FL to NC so much better. Very professional movers came in packed us up and shipped us out. Everything was completed on time and affordable.

Absolutely do NOT use this company. They are extremely deceptive and charge much more than the original quote. I spent over 2 hours on the phone with exact dimensions of all of my furniture, I over estimated how many boxes I had and was still charged over $3000 above my original estimate of close to $8000 to move from California to Tennessee. After paying the extra, I still had to leave my vintage dresser, my custom built bed, all of my outdoor furniture, 3 tv’s, and many, many more items. I explicitly stated multiple times that my belongings would be delivered to a storage facility and was told that it would be no problem. I received a call today from Ivan Dicheno, who deals with “ post contract services” who told me that I now have to rent a U-Haul at my expense because the truck will not fit to deliver my belongings I was told that my belongings would share a truck with another family’s and never was told that my things would be shipped to L.A. and sit, then be delivered on an enormous truck that would be impossible to accommodate. This company is extremely deceptive and dishonest. I wish I would have read the numerous reviews. Please steer clear!!!

I highly recommend this company, they have actual top tier services compared to other moving companies i have tried it’s not just the companies name, but that’s who they are top tier! , their team handled the move very professionally, and cooperated perfectly with my needs. Thank you so much

Good Job on time Great service

This company is bait and switch. They picked up my things june 1 and kept them until today. No answer on the phone we, run around with every call. When I finally said I would get a lawyer, today my items arrived. Horrible experience, stressful, life damaging, as they had everything I owned for over a month. Never again. Do not recommend.

I booked with them for a move scheduled for June 4th, 2026. After I made a $900 deposit the communication became nonexistent. Also, they are brokers, so they give your stuff to someone else to deliver. My things were supposed to be delivered on June4th, 2026. Since then I have not gotten my things and today is JULY 5TH, 2026. my mother died in April of this year, and all of her pictures are on that truck! They also tried to bait and switch me when it came to the price. They tried to charge me $2,000 more than what I signed and agreed to. Burnie Smith and Sarah Thomas have stopped answering my calls along with Move King LLC. I have called ever single number to get some answers, and no one answers! TWO MOVERS, TOP TIER MOVING GROUP, AND MOVE KING LLC ARE SCAMMERS ! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!

If I could do 0 stars I would. It’s been 3 weeks and we cannot even get anyone on phone to tell us where our belongings are. There have been many rude interactions on top of that, one said they would just unload our things since they had charged more than double the original quote. That was at one week. Now at 3 weeks, we keep getting the runaround that we’ve contacted wrong person, call this number, you are after hours, we will send a message to call you back. No call back, call again and I can’t call even though it’s my belongings because it’s under my boyfriend, even though I can provide all information necessary. My belongings have been stolen and there are very important things to me in all this that belonged to my deceased father. Please do not do this!! Hire movers at each location and just drive a U-Haul yourself so that you know where your cherished belongings are!! At this point, we are going to go through legal procedures to get our things back and sad thing is, we’ve already spent thousands of dollars with no results. Do not do it!!! This company is a fraud

Calls and tells you a great rate then wants you to put a large deposit down. I needed to cancel within 24 hours of agreeing and they are trying to keep my $1500 deposit. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THESE BROKERS.
