I had a really good experience with Top Tier Moving Group for my move from Massachusetts to Florida in August! Everything went smoothly from start to finish. My stuff arrived within the delivery timeframe they gave me, which was a huge relief with such a long-distance move. Everyone was helpful and professional, and I felt good knowing the company was licensed, bonded, and insured. Moving out of state can definitely be stressful, but they made the process a lot easier than I expected. I would definitely recommend Top Tier Moving Group to anyone planning a long-distance move!

NEGATVIVE 100 Stars! By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Do your research, read the reviews and stay away from this company! Holding customers hostage with increased price hikes last minute, not delivering on time, not unloading at all. I had to spend 10+ hours unloading cause no one showed up. When I called to complain, a member in customer service said she could offer me $500 back to help out; but then never sent it. I have an email saying they would and never did! WOW! She said she would send it if I removed my negative review, nope! If I can save 1 person from not using this company it will be worth it. What a horrible company and horrible way to treat people. Dont use them! Please use someone else, you will be glad you did!

Hi Kevin, The price adjustment was presented before any loading began, along with a $500 credit to help cover the inventory increase. We had not heard from you since pickup until these reviews were posted, and I apologized immediately for the delayed credit as soon as we spoke. We would have happily resolved this right away had you reached out to us directly first.

Cannot believe the lies from this place. They keep saying my stuff will be here in a few days and that has been for 3 weeks. They tried to charge me $3000 more than the estimate when we had 1 extra side table, so we ditched that. Lies are all you will get with this place. Definitely go elsewhere

Aditi Patel, you are not a customer nor have we ever spoken to you to provided an estimate. Unfortunately, Trust Pilot does not look into any of this information and continues to post fake reviews on our name. Please contact our office if there is any additional questions or concerns you would like to address.

Will bait and switch and broke the law by taking the stuff out the house without me signing the paperwork call to complain never called me back

Dear Justin, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We would like to clarify that our team did not violate any laws during this service, and claiming so is inaccurate and defamatory. Additionally, our records confirm that the customer Patricia, has already received a full refund for this move on August 31st to resolve your concerns. If you have any further questions regarding Patricia's account or the resolution already provided, please feel free to reach out to our customer support team directly. Best regards, Top Tier Moving Group Management

Do not trust them. They overcharged us, did not communicate about changing arrival date and delivered broken items that they will not help to repair. We moved in July and it has taken until September to speak to anyone, so of course they can now say it's been too long on top of it all. In response to the reply they’ve listed: We were never supplied an inventory sheet. We made multiple complaints the day of with the contracted pick up company, and have reached out multiple times to Top Tier only to have them pass the buck and not take responsibility for the company they contracted for the move.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take all customer concerns regarding pricing, scheduling, and item condition seriously. According to our records, our team was not notified of any issues or questions, with no concerns reported during the initial pickup process. To help assist with the final cost at delivery, we offered a $500 discount on a $1,500 unpacking service, which was declined. Regarding damaged items, we want to ensure your claim is reviewed properly. You do have up to 9 months to file the claim on any damages so be sure to start that. I emailed Brandon that information last week. Please contact our customer service department to make sure you have all documents needed for filing a claim and that any other concerns can be addressed.

I had the worst moving experience with Top Tier. The representative who sold me on the move way overpromised and the service providers Top Tier hired consistently underdelivered. I've called multiple times to complain and every time I speak to a different customer service rep. I've been told that the people I spoke to previously no longer work for the company. Customer service reps are consistently defensive regardless of how gentle I try to be up front. They hide behind fine print and refuse to take responsibility for hiring third-rate movers. This brokerage is a farce. Steer clear.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We would have welcomed the opportunity to support you earlier in the process, but our team was first made aware of these concerns three days before delivery. Upon review of your Bill of Lading, the $1,400 adjustment reflects the necessary packing and stair fees incurred during pickup. To assist with the final cost during the delivery we offered a $500 discount on an unpacking service that had not been originally requested, leaving an balance of $1,000 for the extra services requested. We take customer feedback seriously and ask you to call us directly to try and resolve this further.
