This moving experience has been terrible. The brokerage company, Top Tier Moving Group gave me a lot of false information, that led to us using them to broker my move. The lack of communication after my items were picked up has been insane, and my items have still not arrived, with little to no information on when I will get them. There were hidden fees, and extra costs that were not communicated and I will not be using them again. This has been the worst experience, and I just want my items.

I was quoted $8300 for a move from Indiana to Texas, that broke down to $2300 for Top Tier and $6000 for the mover. I gave them a detailed list of the items. A rep even called me a week before the move to go over the list again in much detail. They gave me a 3 day window for the pickup date. I provided my preferred date for pickup. They came on the last day of the window. The movers then needed a second truck for all of my things. That wasn't the bad part. The second truck was going to be an additional $12000. This was my last day to move, had to be out of the house. So just to clarify, First truck, $6000, second truck, $12000. Last day to move, had no choice but to pay. Talked to Top Tier that day, they kept justifying the price. Like $6000 for the first and $12000 for the second was somehow a good deal. Had they came on the first day of the window, I would have sent them away. It looks to me like this is the scam, you have no choice but to pay. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Beware!!!!!!!

Beware! This company scams their customers! DO NOT HIRE THEM! They called the week they were to pick up my furniture and changed the date on me. When I tried to cancel they were going to charge me a thousand dollar cancellation fee!!! The customer service representative on the phone was rude. The movers came to my house and were only able to take half of my furniture saying that they had no more room on their truck! The movers demanded I give them each a fifty dollar tip! DO NOT HIRE THEM! I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau! BEWARE! Horrible horrible experience! Scammers!

First of all they are a broker not a carrier. So they lied about that from the beginning. Then they quoted 5,000 by the time they arrived for pick up they changed the rate to 10,000 and when they had all my things in the truck they changed it to 13,000. They promised to deliver on July 1st 2026 took 40 days to deliver. I got my things on august 10 I called many times and they didn’t know where my things are located. Some of the staff was very rude also Finally after the delivery date. In the contract says that if its more than 30 days. They will refund those extra days. And called and told me that its not their responsibility because the company that moved my stuff should take care of that. I got a lot of damaged furniture and i had to spend a lot of money in air mattresses, utensils and basic things because of those 40 days they didn’t deliver The are the worst company do NOT hire them And i can go on and on about how things unfolded but in short it was a nightmare

NEGATVIVE 100 Stars! By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Do your research, read the reviews and stay away from this company! Holding customers hostage with increased price hikes last minute, not delivering on time, not unloading at all. I had to spend 10+ hours unloading cause no one showed up. When I called to complain, a member in customer service said she could offer me $500 back to help out; but then never sent it. I have an email saying they would and never did! WOW! She said she would send it if I removed my negative review, nope! If I can save 1 person from not using this company it will be worth it. What a horrible company and horrible way to treat people. Dont use them! Please use someone else, you will be glad you did!

Cannot believe the lies from this place. They keep saying my stuff will be here in a few days and that has been for 3 weeks. They tried to charge me $3000 more than the estimate when we had 1 extra side table, so we ditched that. Lies are all you will get with this place. Definitely go elsewhere

Do not trust them. They overcharged us, did not communicate about changing arrival date and delivered broken items that they will not help to repair. We moved in July and it has taken until September to speak to anyone, so of course they can now say it's been too long on top of it all. In response to the reply they’ve listed: We were never supplied an inventory sheet. We made multiple complaints the day of with the contracted pick up company, and have reached out multiple times to Top Tier only to have them pass the buck and not take responsibility for the company they contracted for the move.
